There was no cabin but they took payment anyway
Firstly I am always suspicious when nearly all positive reviews have a company contact's name in them. I booked a cruise and Galaxy took the whole amount on my credit card and issued an automated receipt by email but no confirmation arrived. Called the company and left message and received a callback to say there was no cabin, would I accept another date etc. The money was refunded after 3 days following phone calls. I have never before dealt with a holiday company that takes money when they can't fulfil their obligations. Be warned ! Can I add this was not a last minute cruise or deal. We do have a cabin booked through another agent and the departure date is still four weeks time.
