I knew exactly the package holiday and cruise that I wanted. After several attempts to agree and confirm the package with other cruise companies I eventually contacted Ziya at Galaxy Cruises. He was very patient and understood my every need and he was polite as he completed the requirements. He ensured all the detail was as I requested in a very professional manner. He is a credit to the Company and I am very pleased with the results. A big thank you to Ziya

Japan cruise

Brian made the booking of our Japan holiday cruise very easy. He got us the best price and was very helpful at every stage of the booking. Would highly recommend.

Ricky is a Saviour if you a late booker like me

I have contacted almost all companies to book me on the Norwegian Cruise and they all apologized and said the Cruise was full. It was only Galaxy Cruises that managed to actually book me one, and it was Ricky to be specific. He was a great help, he attended to all my need and managed to get me a great Cabin.

I dealt with Adam in the chat room. He was very pleasant and helpful. He answered all my questions promptly and efficiently. He made suggestions about flights which were good.

Adam is a legend!

I would book again trough galaxy in a heart beat . Adam has the patience of a Saint I wouldn't say I'm demanding but as a solo 50plus female traveller I needed a lot of reassurance and had a ton of daft lassie questions Highly recommend you just pay the extra for transfers from the get go if you leaving from Rome as Cittavechia is miles from Ciampiano.However a brill wee airport for a solo traveller Adam kept me calm and even when I was away he arranged transfers back. NCL very unreliable if you not booking direct with them regarding this. My only complaint is NCL themselves! Just money grabbing with tax on every drink regardless of drink package and services and lots mot told like no casino or spirits in livorno and no cash exchange 20 dollars per day automatic tip was also not passed on to staff . Generally service not as expected a lot of very angry Americans who were loyal NCL vow to never sail with them again! Epic is definitely needing an urgent review but perhaps it's NCL or all cruise lines trying to get compensation from loyal customers after the pandemic! Such a shame. I had little to compare to previously sailed P&O and had none of these extras and did feel food was more varied and better quality than NCL but I still enjoyed it I have some dietary needs and unless you get very sick dont admit to it as very little lactose free and gluten free in main restaurants I ate from buffet a lot as I know what I can have got lactose free milk from them every morning and kept in toom to use daily Very sad so little choice re all the lovely cakes and pastries and desserts I had sherbert or sorbet and they wanted you to pre order but even when you did it made the whole meal very slow re service for the group so I gave up and chose sensibly They got over zealous serving up dry meals with no sauces if no ore order which was understandable but I met at least 20 folk with same issues so could have been easily solved with a batch cook white sauce gf df and gravies etc ho hum moan over The tours are pricey but don't try to do Rome or Florence or your own Italian transport is unreliable! I had a blast and had it not been for Adam I'd not have met the solo travellers and that's one thing NCL does well it really looks after its solo guests the cabins are small but totally fine and no complaints from re service but only 1 service per day so a lot of people bothered by that So thank you Adam high accolades I'm safe and sound and had a fabulous holiday!

This company give disingenuous

This company give disingenuous, inaccurate quotes. A package price for a 14 night break didn't include any luggage allowance for the flights and a hotel that's listed by them as being 4* is only 3* and has poor TripAdvisor reviews. The headline prices are very good but, based on the above, I'm questioning how trustworthy they are in their descriptions. Once I complained I was assured that all the correct details would have been given before they took payment but I have strong doubts about this. Furthermore, I was told that the cruise line was ending the offer was ending that day but, today it is still being advertised.

2024 Cruise around Indian Ocean

From initial contact to our booking, the experience was great. Adam provided us with all the information we asked for in a very timely fashion. After receiving the information there was no pressure put on us to book. We were given the time we needed to make a decision and eventually book the cruise. Would highly recommend Galaxy cruises and would definitely use them again.
