I spoke to Adam regarding a possible cruise booking. He was extremely helpful and told me that he would send me all the details within 15 minutes. His email arrived 5 minutes later. Booking confirmed and deposit paid. Most impressed.

Never booked with Galaxy Cruises before but Adam was very good, asked my call very promptly, was patient in answering all my questions and agreed to email me all the details within 10 minutes so I could review it. Which he did as promised then when I rang him direct line back to book it, again he asked my call very promptly, so l booked it and received the cruise line confirmation while he was still on the call. Excellent customer service!!!

I linked to Galaxy Cruises via an advert on Cruise Critic. Adam answered my enquiry immediately. We wanted some upgrades to the flight and cruise cabin which Adam arranged quickly. He provided screenshots of everything we needed to make an informed decision. The whole process couldn't have been easier. All paperwork arrived by email in about 30 minutes. Very impressed with the whole process
