With family abroad and many friends unable to attend in person, we were keen to have a livestream of the event and also a permanent record. John was sensitive to the occasion and provided a professional service with an excellent end result.
Review: We used this company to live stream a family funeral for relatives overseas who were unable to attend in person. Unfortunately, despite purchasing two streams to ensure everyone could participate, one of the streams failed to work. We followed all the instructions provided and even used two separate hotspots to avoid bandwidth issues, but the second stream displayed an error message and did not go live. When we contacted the company afterwards to explain the situation and request a refund for the second stream that didn’t work, our request was refused. They explained that the issue was likely due to internet connectivity, which they considered beyond their control. However, the instructions did not clearly indicate that we needed to manually adjust the resolution or bitrate when using multiple streams on a hotspot, which contributed to the problem. They offered to upload any recordings made during the attempt to stream, but unfortunately, we were unable to provide any recordings as the error message indicated that the second stream was not working at all. This was incredibly disappointing, especially given the significance of the event. While the company was responsive after the event, clearer guidance and real-time support during the stream could have helped avoid this issue. A refund for the failed stream would have been a more appropriate resolution given the emotional circumstances.

I am very impressed with the quality of the recording, especially as I had watched the live stream of a funeral in Canada shortly before my sister's funeral - John's was far more professional, with a clearer, sharper image. His TV experience was evident. Thank you John.

We were very pleased with the service, and access to my mother's funeral for family in Australia and Europe. John's approach was professional and friendly, which really helped at a sad time. Would definitely recommend his services.

John provided the most comprehensive and professional service. From the initial call to request his services to the almost immediate publication of the recordings after the event, John was the consummate professional. He uses high quality, pro level kit, and is clearly hugely experienced and extremely capable. His camerawork is excellent and the overall results are outstandingly good. Set up was quiet, efficient and unobtrusive. Sound was organised well in advance and worked flawlessly. We only had the stream running from inside the church, but John filmed the burial too, and added it as a file after the live event. It was well put together, crystal clear and with only one camera he managed multiple shots seamlessly. All in all, we did not really notice him doing his work - which is exactly how it should be. I cannot thank him enough for enabling family members from around the world to participate in the funeral of a much loved father and brother. If you're wondering about whether this service is for you, I can say wholeheartedly you must speak to John and use him for your event. It's an extremely professional and not too pricey solution - I can highly recommend.

We could not have been happier with the job that John did of live streaming my Mother-in-law's funeral. From the moment I contacted him, his responses were quick and helpful; with everything organised quickly after this. On the day itself he was there early and already set up; discreet and professional. The streaming itself was perfect; excellent camera skills and super quality. This also included him having to overcome some technical challenges that came with the service being in the middle of Dartmoor, and the signal difficulties that brings. All of his hard work and skill allowed family and friends abroad and others who were not able to be there in person to be part of the service. After the event the stream was available to watch again with John sending a download link the very next day. I could not recommend him highly enough. Thank you so much John.

Our family and friends are not just in the UK but scattered internationally as well which made streaming important to us. It was easy to arrange and very well done with the recording available for 3 months after the funeral plus a copy to download for those that were not able to access the live service

We needed someone to live stream my dad's funeral as we have relatives in New Zealand as well as other family members who couldn't make it on the day. Right from the beginning John put me at ease as the Church had no WiFi and we weren't sure it could be done...but it was. Totally efficient, unobtrusive and professional service.
