Review:two streams error
Review: We used this company to live stream a family funeral for relatives overseas who were unable to attend in person. Unfortunately, despite purchasing two streams to ensure everyone could participate, one of the streams failed to work. We followed all the instructions provided and even used two separate hotspots to avoid bandwidth issues, but the second stream displayed an error message and did not go live. When we contacted the company afterwards to explain the situation and request a refund for the second stream that didn’t work, our request was refused. They explained that the issue was likely due to internet connectivity, which they considered beyond their control. However, the instructions did not clearly indicate that we needed to manually adjust the resolution or bitrate when using multiple streams on a hotspot, which contributed to the problem. They offered to upload any recordings made during the attempt to stream, but unfortunately, we were unable to provide any recordings as the error message indicated that the second stream was not working at all. This was incredibly disappointing, especially given the significance of the event. While the company was responsive after the event, clearer guidance and real-time support during the stream could have helped avoid this issue. A refund for the failed stream would have been a more appropriate resolution given the emotional circumstances.
