Our stay in Lisbon was most pleasant, due in large part to Friendly Apartments. They offered to pick us up at the airport, which was most fortunate, because the day we arrived, there was a taxi strike at the airport. If not for Hugo picking us up, I do not know how we would have been able to get to our apartment. Once there, our apartment was everything we could have hoped for, with an excellent location, expansive views of the harbor, well furnished and good Internet service. We would use Friendly Apartments again wherever we go and they operate. (Actually, we are doing that right now in Barcelona.) I can't speak highly enough of Friendly.
Das Appartment war mit 3 Zimmern Küche , Bad überaus groß. Sehr sauber. aller notwendige für das tägliche Leben vorhanden.
Die Mitarbeiter sind immer sehr freundlich und äußerst hilfsbereit. Fragen werde schnell beantwortet und es wird immer geholfen. Ich werde Friendly Rentals mit Sicherheit wieder nutzen.
We booked through Friendly Rentals and they were more than helpful right from the start. The Customer Care Manager James always answered my emails promptly and with all answers. The Rome delegates were also more than friendly and helpful at all times. When we arrived at the apartment there was someone there to greet us, go through everything we might need to know about the apartment and the area, gave us a map and went through the places to visit and then left us to enjoy Rome. We thoroughly enjoyed oursleves, loved going back to the apartment every day and kept saying things like, "we need to get some milk and bread before we get home" and the whole holiday was a dream come true for us. I would highly recommend Friendly Rentals to anyone who wishes to travel abroad. We certainly will be using them again. Jules UK
I have been using this company for over 7 years now and they are growing and becoming better & better I truly recommend Friendly rentals as an excellent accommodation purveyor The pictures on the website are a true reflection of the place you are planning to rent Communication and customer service is excellent - responses on emails are within 1/2 hours and you will be provided with an emergency number in case the office is closed and you need help

We have used Friendly rentals numerous times over the years and they have always been excellent. The service is very good and the quality of the apartments they offer is amazing. We locked ourselves out of our apartment during our last visit and they had a spare key sent over to us within ten minutes! Would not hesitate to recommend to anyone.

Loin du traditionnel séjour en hôtel, Friendly Rentals propose une autre façon de voyager, qui répond à toutes mes attentes. I booked this particular apartment nearly 20 months ahead of time in order to enjoy a 'ringside' seat of the Regatta Storica and was not disappointed. Friendly Rentals are, what the title says, friendly - they are also professional and top of their game with communication. Our apartment was fantastic - we were made to feel welcome and nothing appeared to be too much trouble. The apartment is in a beautiful old palace with a lovely garden which were able to enjoy. The area Dorsoduro is excellent, far less tourists and we enjoyed meandering around the area. San Marco is easily accessible therefore one can choose to visit either early in the morning or for an evening aperitif in order to escape the daytime crowds. There is the added advantage on being close to vaporetto stop and also having your own Aqua Porta should you need a taxi. Everything was perfect - throwing open the shutters in the mornings to view the comings and goings of the Grand Canal!
Agency unreachable on arrival in Madrid, communication problems with the staff; which arrives on site 1 hour after us. And of course we did pay the extra 30 euros for arrivals after 21h. A haughty staff agency and not a trader, that takes us up when claiming reimbursement of these 30 euros. This agency is very unprofessional. Best of all, they took us 300 euro deposit instead of 200 euros registered in the contract (thankfully reimbursed promptly, four days after departure) Otherwise the apartment met our expectations
Our stay at the gran via was perfect. No hassle whatsoever appartment was clean and fab location. Our only downside was the wifi connection which was slightly poor. Definitely will book again.
La limpieza buena, la decoración muy bonita, la cocina con todo lo necesario, el cuarto de baño nos gustó mucho al ser plato de ducha y l tener tantos chorros de agua. La atención al público muy buena

Funny but I was asked to review the star penthouse apartment, which was a real bad experience. I did write a long review with all the bad experiences I went through and for what...? Nothing appears and if you check the reviews of every apartment (at least in Granada) you will only find the positive comments!!! Shame on friendlyrentals. My first time booking with them and definitely the last one!
Excelente ubicación en el centro de la ciudad, cerca de todos los lugares de interés a visitar. Apartamento muy cómodo y con todo lo necesario para la estancia. Veo innecesaria y excesiva la fianza de 200€ que cargan en cuenta pero si no hay ningún problema la devuelven a la salida.
Inolvidable por el buen gusto en decoración del apartamento, por la tranquilidad de la zona, por la calidad en colchones, aseo, sofa, climatización, cocina muy bien equipada... realmente hemos disfrutado mucho esta semana en Madrid, hemos andado un montón y se agradece llegar al apartamento y sentirse tan bien. Además la atención desde el primer momento que hicimos la reserva ha sido muy correcta y nos han facilitado mucho las cosas. Únicamente por lo que respecta al parquing, no nos supieron informar y nos costó encontrarlo por internet pero que al final tuvimos suerte pues es una zona com muchps parquings. Realmente ha sido una experiencia muy positiva. Muchas gracias y hasta la próxima.
Alquile diversas propiedades, todas fueron exactamente igual a lo ofrecido, el servicio muy eficiente, y la relación precio/calidad muy buena
La ubicación es en el mismo centro, es tranquilo, limpio, con el espacio adecuado, televisión y aire acondicionado genial. Le falta algo más de vajilla sobre todo vasos para el desayuno adecuados y mejorar la mesa de la cocina. La lavadora es secadora y la terraza ubicada en la parte alta le falta luz y un poco de mantenimiento en cuanto a la madera. Al principio impacta el acceso y las maderas que sujetan el techo, pero en breve notas que hace diferente y acogedor el espacio. Atención rápida para cualquier asunto.
