After a decade of using Friendly Rentals twice a year we haven't found anyone better. They provide accommodation that makes ches 5 star hotels, relaxation, security, apartments in the most serene areas of Barcelona, Valencia, Madrid and Milan to mention wher we have used them. In a nutshell you won't be disappointed at competitive prices.

The apartment was so spacious and very well equipped, in the heart of the city. The only thing i want to mention is the time of 4 days till the next cleaning is a little bit uncomfortable and annoying. Make it not more than 2 or 3 days, it's better for a family being in vacations. Best Regards Theo

Beatiful apartment, nicely decorated in the heart of the Gothic Town in Barcelona. Just steps from the Barcelona Cathedral. Nice!!

J avais choisi un appartement a venise..et j ai atteri dans un palais au bord du canal..accueilli par la fille de la comtesse.tres sympathique dans un français parfait.un jardin interieur superbe pour l aperitif et le repas.le vaporeto et le marche a proximite. Le frienly n est pas su un nom...c est magique. Ah oui l appart avait une entree separee. Du bonheur.de la quietude.et du raffinement.

It's situated near the historical center of the city and it's easy to get to the apartments by car. The apartments are clean, and good equipped. It has underground private parking. Managers were friendly and helpful. Thank you for our trip!😊😘

Calidad y buen servicio. Cada alojamiento resulta una grata sorpresa, que hace que la estancia en una nueva ciudad sea más especial todavía.

Estuvimos con mi pareja tres dias en Valencia. El apartamento está ubicado en un sitio perfecto para visitar el centro de la ciudad (junto a la Torre de los Serranos y los jardines del Turia) y muy bien comunicado con otros centros de interés. El trato del personal de Friendly Rentals en el momento de la llegada fue extraordinario. A pesar de tener que acabar una pequeña reparación en el baño, procuraron en todo momento que esto no interfiriera en nuestro bienestar. El apartamento está muy buien equipado y es acogedor. Todo estaba muy limpio. En general es un apartamento altamente recomendable.

I have used Friendly Rentals twice. On each occasion they have answered any queries or requests promptly. I would have no hesitation in using them again.

Had a lovely stay in a great apartment in Barcelona's Gothic district. Arrived late evening and had a bit of difficulty finding the apartment and the Friendly Rentals' rep waited patiently for over an hour for us to arrive. She was a lovely person to deal with spoke perfect English and couldn't be more helpful. I also had to contact the office with regard to extending our stay, again the person I spoke to couldn't have been more accommodating. Fantastic customer service. Would recommend Friendly Rentals to anyone. Five star rating from me. *****

Their apartments are a good value, clean and as advertised. Staff is friendly and professional. I have used them a number of times and will continue to whenever I travel to a city they are in.

We have stayed in several Friendly Rental properties in Spain and without exception the quality was consistently excellent at affordable prices. The Friendly Rentals service is faultless. I wish there were more Friendly Rental properties available in more locations throughout the world. Ian

Apartment was exactly as shown online. In residential area 20 mins walk to Arno. High standard of furnishing and roof terrace and balcony a bonus. Would stay again. Great base.
