Very conveniently situated,clean, comfortable and a bargain. Two clean but spartan bedrooms with adjoined bathrooms and shower. There is a living room with a sofa, table, chairs, refrigerator and stove. Well situated on the same street as the Palace of Music, near excellent tapas restaurants, and with supermarkets and sit and vegetable shops a few feet away. Much more comfortable than hotels. Highly recommended. The office staff were extremely helpful.

We recently rented an apartment with Friendly Rentals for a five night stay in Barcelona while visiting from the US. We were very happy with the service and interaction I had with the Friendly folks while I was searching for a deciding on a provide and then a location. They were very helpful describing their process and helping me decide which part of Barcelona best fit our needs. Registration was simple - beautiful and accessible office in downtown - efficient. Our apartment was exactly as advertised - clean two bedroom - two bath - plenty of room and comfortable. Great kitchen - spacious living room - and a fantastic view of Placa Catalunya. The one thing I would highlight is that the apartment was a bit worn - the master shower leaked into the bathroom floor do to a bad seal along the glass. The toilets did not flush properly and there was limited hot water. Maybe these were do to a long rental season (except the hot water) - but away from that we were very pleased with the whole experience. I would rent with them again.

We stayed at BSB Sky Blue apartment during our Nov 2016 vacation in Barcelona. This apartment is offered by Friendly Rentals who were absolutely a pleasure to work with. The apartment is clean and nicely furnished. It is small but includes a terrace which allowed us to enjoy afternoon siestas. It is in a secure building, centrally located in the old gothic area, within walking distance of major attractions and restaurants. Overall, two thumbs up to this apartment and Friendly Rentals!

We have had wonderful experiences staying in numerous apartments booked through Friendly Rentals and have always been impressed with their kind and helpful staff. Repeat apartments in Barcelona, Paris, San Sebastian, Bilbao, Rome and most recently in Madrid have all exceeded our expectations. The city locations have always been perfect for our needs, be it close to the old town, the beach, art galleries and museums or funky neighbourhoods. We usually search out apartments with a balcony or terrace and watch the sunset before heading out to local restaurants and bars. We highly recommend Friendly Rentals to our family and friends without any reservation.

Our apartment in Barcelona was situated just off Las Ramblas. We could not have been better situated. The apartment was modern, very well appointed and had a bright atmosphere. The staff on arrival were helpful and efficient. But we discovered the true value of Friendly Rentals when we realised in London that we had left our travel money pouch in the apartment. We were most impressed with the Customer Care Manager James Ramirez who went out of his way to assist us once we had communicated our predicament. He kept in touch with us on email in a most reassuring way until the pouch was located. James then organised for the money to be transferred back into our credit card. We will certainly book with Friendly Rentals from now on when we travel.

A very pleasant stay. The apartment was ideally spacious with all facilities excellent, including service. In fact representative of the Gothic area and age. Simple and efficient information to receive and leave the apartment. The whole experience was very satisfactory for all the family. Brian Heathcote

Apartment great for 6-7 people, very clean. Giuiletta was there to meet us even though we were earlier than the check in time and when the weather got colder we phoned her and she was there in 20 minutes to turn on the central heating.Good personal service. The kitchen in particular was very well equipped with utensils and equipment. Apartment in good position for tram and local shops and restaurants. Would use this company again and recommend it to others.

First time of using Friendly Rentals and new to concept of short term apartment rental. The website was very accurate and honest about our chosen apartment. Had slight problem over the Internet payment but rang the number and member of staff sorted it out on the spot. I was sitting in coffee house in Northumberland UK and she was , I think in Barcelona. No worry, she knew where I was calling from and spoke to me in English. Many thanks. All questions were met with prompt responses, and our hosts in milan were equally welcoming. We had a 4 night stay in the Victoria 1 apartment in Barcelona recently and have to say it was everything I hoped for the apartment was great, the location was fantastic, close to the beach and the metro system was just up the road. The Friendly Rentals team were great and very helpful and understanding. Would definitely return to this apartment again and will be looking to book in the very near future.

I have stayed in Friendly rentals apartments in Lisbon, Florence, Milan and in Barcelona at several. I have always found them well located, clean with all mod cons. Booking in and out is straightforward and I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone. Top job!
