This is a fantastic apartment in a great location. We have booked with Friendly Rentals on numerous times and they always provide great service.

Alquilamos un apartamento el 11/12/2016 para cuatro días a finales de febrero. Lo hicimos con bastante antelación para poder elegir la zona que queríamos conocer en Madrid: zona de Malasaña y Chueca, próxima a museos y sitios de interés. Escogimos uno cerca de la calle Fuencarral, bastante céntrico, para poder ir andando a todos sitios. Una semana antes, recibimos un correo de confirmación. Todo bien. A nuestra llegada el día 24 nos dicen que por problemas en el piso que habíamos alquilado, nos han cambiado a la zona de Chamberí, bastante más lejos de las zonas que queríamos visitar. Ante nuestra protesta, dicen que van a hablar con el supervisor y que nos llamarían en un rato. Un día después, aún estamos esperando la llamada. Nos sentimos engañados. Pensábamos que era una empresa seria (hemos contratado sus servicios varias veces), pero han demostrado no serlo y por supuesto, aquí se acaba nuestra relación con esta empresa.

Nous connaissons Friendly Rentals depuis 5 ans et partons au moins 1 fois ou plus par an. Nous avons toujours été très satisfait (sauf une expérience malheureuse à Paris mais je pense du fait du propriétaire). La qualité des appartements, les tarifs honnêtes (comparé à certaines agences surtout à Donatia San Sébastian qui sont parfois indécents...) les formalités...

good location(nearest apartment to Catalunya Plaza - metro, airport bus, etc) and various facilities(microwave, induction, oven, electric washer-drier, etc). kind staffs

el apartamento estaba muy bien situado ello unido a la profesionalidad de la agencia y al encanto de Granada nos llevó a tener una magnífica entrada de año.

Al apartamento es muy cómodo, con todo los necesario para una estadía perfecta, tiene aberturas insonorizadas, buen wi fi, el tamaño es adecuado y buen gusto en la decoración. Muy práctico. La ubicación no puede ser mejor, cerca de todos los medios de transporte y a pasos del Paseo de Gracia, donde se puede comer, comprar y pasear. Lo recomiendo.

Friendly Rentals were very helpful, obliging and courteous. Lemon Apartment: Major Pros: Location perfect. Best part of town for a tourist. Clean and attractive building. Open space in apartment gives great feeling of comfort and spaciousness. Comfortable and good size beds. Fully equiped kitchen and appliances. Brightly lit with windows and shutters open. Very quiet with windows closed. No noise at night. Good interior lighting. Minor Cons: No full length mirror for dressing. No hand soap. No washing machine soap. As English speakers we didn't know which soap to buy for machine. Telephone for local calls would help.

Great service from the agent in Sitges. Fabulous sea view apartment. Looking to go back in 2017.

El departamento era de primera, tanto por ubicacion como por decoracion, servicios, calidad y mantenimiento. Solo nos hubiera gustado que las llaves fueran entregadas en el propio apartamento y no tener que ir a buscarlas a otro sitio. No obstante, la organizacion de la empresa y la calidad de la atencion merecen un comentario. Nos fuimos mas que satisfechos.

The apartment was everything we hoped and more! Plenty of space for 6 adults to cook, eat and sit comfortably. Four great sized bedrooms and three brilliant bathrooms all clean and well maintained. Perfect location for exploring Barcelona, with Place de Catalunya, a metro station and Las Ramblas just across the road. Friendly Rentals staff at both offices (weekend and weekday) friendly, courteous and helpful. Would definitely recommend the company and apartment.

Great value. Nicely furnished property. Felt welcome by the staff and really safe in the property. We even used the Christmas tree in the common area to display our presents on Christmas day. Only complaint was noise from neighbors in the common areas and rooms upstairs could be heard in our room. Other than that, perfect stay. 4.8 Stars.

Very helpful, responded to my emails quickly and efficiently, always giving me the help and advice I had requested. Representative was there upon arrival as promised and also very helpful and friendly. Have already used them to book again for this year.

К самому проживанию в аппартаментах претензий нет. Разве что было неудобно, что лифт не расчитан на подъем до самого верхнего этажа, где был номер. При заселении в качестве залога берут 200 Евро. Не давайте наличными! Или обязательно требуйте подтвержающий это документ. Я же внёс в качестве залога 200 наличными. А мне потом сказали, что я, оказывается, платил наличными за проживание 160 с лишним евро, чего не было. В итоге оказался обманут на деньги(

апартаменты понравились чистотой, расположением, удобством планировки.Вся Барселона в шаговой доступности. Рядом большой супермаркет, рынок . где можно поесть свежие морепродукты. Метро в паре шагов. Только надо иметь ввиду, что район шумный, по ночам часто шумно. Также. если вы планируете стирать или готовить в апартаментах, придется покупать все вплоть до соли и стирального порошка. В комнатах есть все необходимое:сейф, микроволновка, стиральная машина, наборы сменного белья.

Apartment in St Jaume square. Clean and close to the main attraction. Right in the heart of barrio Gotico!
