Love the way I can get quotes quick and easily online. When comparing to other freight options they are usually right on the money or less.

Freightera is always give best deals best customer service. I am using it long time and using it again and again and hopefully they will keep the good work going and I will keep enjoying there services.

Freightera makes shipping simple and their rates are the best I can find! I also appreciate that they don't hound me forever after looking for more business like some other similar companies I have used in the past.

We have used Freightera a number of times now for various shipments and always had a great experience with international and domestic shipments. Easy to use and great prices.

Julien has always done his best to answer my questions about when best to send our shipments out to meet our deadlines. When it comes time to book our shipment he is quick to respond to emails, gets quotes to us and book our pick up. He seems to be an expert in his field, which has been a great help to me when I was new to shipping this way. Having him be able to tell us the best way to ship across Canada to meet our needs has taken a lot of pressure off my shoulders. He has been great to work with and I look forward to working with Brent and Aleksandar for our future shipments. Tracking has sometimes been slow but I realize you are working with a third party and cannot always get updated information from them as quickly as we would like.

a reliable company with good customer service

**** January 11th 2022: Update. Day and Ross dropped and destroyed the item shipped. Broken cast iron and sheared off 3/8" bolts. Rendered useless. Day and Ross is denying the claim on insurance, and Freightera has excused themselves from any help in the claim. Very poor experience. Very poor customer service. Will not use this shipper again. BEWARE **** Did not pickup on scheduled day. Spoke to agent who said they would ensure it was picked up following day. Shipment was not picked up following day. Who knows when it will be picked up? Not the customer.
