There are many platforms and none of the are perfect but these guys try! It is hard business to satisfy clients as shipping companies do whatever they want and the worlds situation doesn't help either. I would recommend.

Went online to do a quote, it was very easy and was able to pick the company that I felt comfortable with along with the price range. I received confirmation that the carton was picked up and a tracking number would be provided. Will definitely ship with them again and will recommend them to friends.
The package pick up did not show up until 4 days after it was scheduled.
Great service and good rates. I've been using them as my go-to for shipping LTL for almost a year, and any time I've had small issues the customer service has been on top of it quick. I'm a big fan of getting quotes for international shipping (I'm in Canada) without going to individual brokers.
