EXCELLENT SERVICE TOO MANY RANDOM EMAILS

We are always happy with Freightera. It's smooth, their customer service is top notch and it's nice to have all the information readily available at your fingertips.

The rates their system provides is usually close to half what the carriers would quote me directly. not all documentation was provided by freitera to complete the shipment. no way to check class of shipment during off hours.

We are relatively new users of Freightera's platform, but having been asked to pen a review, here goes: Pluses: I appreciate all the notifications Freightera sends as shipments are on their way, and they've all arrived in a timely manner so far. Customers have been pleased with the condition their purchases arrive in. Customer service is great; in my experience, they've been very attentive and truly aim to help. Freightera gets an A+ on the customer service front! Wish list: • Appointment fees billed COD to the recipient • Ability to book freight and invoice another party for direct payment to Freightera (from Freightera's site, as part of the booking process) to avoid having to funnel funds • The above invoicing with the ability to add a % or flat fee for booking In short, I've been pleased with Freightera and will continue to book freight with them - meanwhile hoping that some of my wish list items come to pass. Recommended!
