I bought a KTM with a warranty. The bike's fuel pump failed while I was in France (in warranty period) and I wanted to ship it to Fowlers for warranty repair. Nobody will speak to you. Nobody responds to voice messages on their system. Nobody cares. Clearly they don't want to help in any way and they have ducked out of any warranty commitment.
I have been trying to get a few issues resolved under warranty with my Triumph Tiger 1200 GT Explorer. As many who read this will know, these are not cheap. Initially I had the bike booked in for the review to establish what the issues were and the warranty claim made. Over 7 weeks later, I cannot now even get hold of anyone, no replies to my e-mails etc. I know there is only one guy who looks after all warranty issues, but I cant even get hold of the service department (1hr 37mins and counting and I'm caller no 3 as we speak). The service so far has been less than anyone would hope having spent a significant amount on a vehicle. Some form of update/reply etc would be appreciated, but this is far from acceptable. Find a smaller dealer, you'll likely get some service which is better than NO service.
A thank you to Tom and Dan for their assistance when buying my KTM DUKE 125 white from Fowlers. A nice easy purchase followed by a nice smooth ride back home over the Mendips without any rain (bonus). Many thanks again

I recently purchased a Royal Enfield 350 Classic from Fowlers. Ray was extremely helpful from me choosing the bike all through to having it delivered. He is a credit to Fowlers and extremely good at his job. I anticipated a "hard sell" and it was not like that at all. He is extremely knowledgeable and not at all pushy. Absolute pleasure to deal with Ray. Thanks again!

After trying several suppliers it appears the clutch pressure plate I needed for my Honda CBF250 can no longer be ordered. Fowlers got one to me in superfast time.

OK ordering spares to collect was fine. But had to wait to be noticed by two staff simply chatting and turning their backs to me. Then when directed to get the spares the staff member actually did not speak at any time, I passed my receipt and sad hello Im here to collect this, the staff member simply took the invoice, went and got the item, passed it to me with not a single word. How is this acceptable. I don't want staff to grovel at my customer feet but I do expect civilised social intercourse from staff. Fowlers is the one place I try to avoid due to the staff. The general manager needs to put them all on customer training. In my job if I acted like that I would be out on my ear, as customer service is paramount in my organisation. Fowlers staff, shape up, if you are anxious of the public, then stay behind the scenes and only put your affable staff to customer facing.

Just plain useless the service dept and the customer assistant on the scooter dept was clueless!! Didnβt know anything about accessories and showed very little interest. Parts counter is good though !

Iβve bought a few bikes at Fowlers over the years and have always found them to be really good at what they do. Bikes are always explained with proper handovers and they answer all your questions as they really know the products they sell. Even with follow up contact made a few days after youβve taken delivery just to see how your getting on and if you have any issues or problems. Canβt think of any dealer who does that and Iβve dealt with quite a few over the years. Fowlers is the perfect place to get your bike. They also have a huge range of clothing and accessories so youβll always get what you need. You even get 10% off kit if you buy a bike so itβs a no brainer really. Keep up the good work Fowlers!!

I have been a loyal customer for 40 years but no more. My last three bike purchases were very unsatisfactory with poor and even dangerous decisions when it came to safety checks carried out during service. For some reason I kept loyal to them but recently they sold on a bike I had pre ordered because another customer was interested in it immediately. I had insisted on delivery the next month which was originally agreed when I made the purchase. They care more about making a quick sale and don't take care during after sale and servicing.
