I bought a KTM with a warranty. The bike's fuel pump failed while I was in France (in warranty period) and I wanted to ship it to Fowlers for warranty repair. Nobody will speak to you. Nobody responds to voice messages on their system. Nobody cares. Clearly they don't want to help in any way and they have ducked out of any warranty commitment.
I have been trying to get a few issues resolved under warranty with my Triumph Tiger 1200 GT Explorer. As many who read this will know, these are not cheap. Initially I had the bike booked in for the review to establish what the issues were and the warranty claim made. Over 7 weeks later, I cannot now even get hold of anyone, no replies to my e-mails etc. I know there is only one guy who looks after all warranty issues, but I cant even get hold of the service department (1hr 37mins and counting and I'm caller no 3 as we speak). The service so far has been less than anyone would hope having spent a significant amount on a vehicle. Some form of update/reply etc would be appreciated, but this is far from acceptable. Find a smaller dealer, you'll likely get some service which is better than NO service.
A thank you to Tom and Dan for their assistance when buying my KTM DUKE 125 white from Fowlers. A nice easy purchase followed by a nice smooth ride back home over the Mendips without any rain (bonus). Many thanks again

I had the great pleasure of purchasing my Honda NT 1100 from Fowlers in Bristol. Max done his job extremely well with his knowledge of the bike put me at total ease knowing I was getting the right machine for me! The service I received from Max and the team Was absolutely fantastic, I definitely will be purchasing my next bike from Fowlers! Also I had to be kitted out with all my motorbike gear and Luke in the Fowlers shop again was absolutely brilliant, his knowledge was fantastic and made sure I had the right equipment that suited my wallet and bike! I didn't feel at all under pressure like you do in some showrooms and the overall experience was five-star! Thanks once again to Max and Luke, also to the rest of the team in Honda and I apologise I can't remember all your names.

Absolutely brilliant service @Fowlers. We were so happy with the great customer service in your Honda Department! Max and Jesse are a credit to your company!! Loved the atmosphere in the department. No pressure sales just a really chilled relaxed environment. Nothing was to much trouble they fully explained everything to us in great detail. I would definitely highly recommend them. If you want a Honda then these guys are fantastic and knowledgeable. If I could give more Stars then I would!!! Thank you Max and Jesse both great guys

Time had come to buy my wife a new motorcycle. We had previously purchased a number of Kawasakis from Steve Hodder both at Fowlers and Bristol Kawasaki before it was acquired by fowlers. So based on the previous excellent dealings with Steve we decided to give fowlers a look. Unfortunately we could find nothing in the Kawasaki range to replace her 650 versys. So we decided to have a look at a Tracer 9 which was perfect . The sale was handled by Adam and Iβm pleased to say he kept up the good work that we had experienced with Steve .

Use regularly for bike parts and they're superb. Can be more expensive on some parts but the service, stock availability and quick shipping means they're my go-to for most bike models

If you are considering purchasing a new motorbikeβ¦ Fowlers is the place to do it! I walked into the showroom to find a great selection of bikes to choose from. I needed a 125 to commute around in and Adam Crowley, who I spoke to, put me straight at ease. At first I wasnβt sure if I could afford the bike of my choice. We spoke through options and came up with the best solution. I got my new Piagott Liberty, after a few weeks of finishing touches in the workshop. My experience was is so positive; Adam kept in contact with me during my wait for the bike, and kept me up to date trying his best to push the date forward so that I could have it as soon as possible. I was so excited when I went in to pick it up and Adam handed me the keys and a fancy fowlers zip book with all the bits and bobs you need. Instantly riding the bike I knew this was the best thing Iβve ever had. Second hand bikes do not compare to a new shinny smooth and quite bike with no faults and warranty. Itβs the best feeling, so a special thank you to Adam and the rest of the team at Fowlers for the great advice and customer service.
