I bought a KTM with a warranty. The bike's fuel pump failed while I was in France (in warranty period) and I wanted to ship it to Fowlers for warranty repair. Nobody will speak to you. Nobody responds to voice messages on their system. Nobody cares. Clearly they don't want to help in any way and they have ducked out of any warranty commitment.
I have been trying to get a few issues resolved under warranty with my Triumph Tiger 1200 GT Explorer. As many who read this will know, these are not cheap. Initially I had the bike booked in for the review to establish what the issues were and the warranty claim made. Over 7 weeks later, I cannot now even get hold of anyone, no replies to my e-mails etc. I know there is only one guy who looks after all warranty issues, but I cant even get hold of the service department (1hr 37mins and counting and I'm caller no 3 as we speak). The service so far has been less than anyone would hope having spent a significant amount on a vehicle. Some form of update/reply etc would be appreciated, but this is far from acceptable. Find a smaller dealer, you'll likely get some service which is better than NO service.
A thank you to Tom and Dan for their assistance when buying my KTM DUKE 125 white from Fowlers. A nice easy purchase followed by a nice smooth ride back home over the Mendips without any rain (bonus). Many thanks again

Went to collect my bike yesterday and must've picked the most miserable and arrogant person in the shop to talk to, he was very abrupt after my special trip from cwmbran to Bristol to tell me no he couldnt get the bike and that he was busy upstairs and didnt have time to stop and talk, this is after I rang them Saturday to check it was okay to collect, bearing in mind this bike has been in with them since october for a recall. I would add the young lady I them spoke to was very helpful and the service team has always been really nice, but this guy doesn't deserve to be in a job where hes dealing with general public, get a job in a factory if you don't want to be polite in your work because he was very unprofessional ( rant over).

FS1 Diode and locating the part number and placing an order.. I had a web chat with Graham from Fowlers about a diode for an old FS1. I can't praise his efforts too much. I had been in touch with lots of FS1 parts specialists not only in the UK but also in Europe. Within a couple of hours he had found the part number (3K78198000) and told be they could be back ordered from Yamaha. Brilliant Service happy to recommend them

A really good and easy experience. I wanted to purchase a Triumph from them and met Mike T. I told him what I wanted and then gave him the first problem, which he didnβt apparently see as an issue. From then on plain sailing. Mike answered all my questions and made the process totally painless. Thanks for the care and attention.

My bike has been in for repairs and i was quoted 1035 to repair it and the bike back 4 days later.1 month on i still haven't got it and they have ordered parts without even calling me or give me a new price update.ive called 2-3times a week for updates.worst of all i was told 3 weeks in they got all the parts be ready the following day.the day came they told me i needed a new wheel which i was well aware of the week before, when i got the call i was told another 3-5 working days which has caused nothing but inconvenience and loss of work 4 days on im being told there waiting for a few parts.this is absolutely disgusting and i expected this from a smaller garage not Fowlers.i wont ever use fowlers for repairs again nor recommend them.

My husband and I went for a trip to Fowlers, and of course a motorcycle caught our eye!! We were greeted by Ben Haines when we asked if he could bring a bike ( thee bike) out to sit on. Ben was very courteous and knowledgeable without being over powering. We decided to have a test ride but not for over a week, he recommended a deposit to hold the bike as he didn't want us to loose it. The rest is history as Ben went through all the financial options and explained everything available. So to be honest it was as always a good service and we can't thank Ben and the team enough. We have bought a few bikes from Fowlers and the team has always treated us well.. Thank you Debbie and Paul Harmon

Purchased a 2018 Triumph Tiger 1200 explorer LRH after seeing it on line. Spoke initially with Mike who was extremely helpful with me as I live in Northern Ireland, few days later I telephoned again to ask some other questions and felt assured by Phil Howell that this was the bike I would be buying. Paid my deposit and a week or so later transferred the balance and flew into Bristol to collect . All of the staff from my arrival , car park guys , restaurant staff , clothing department and Mike and Phil in Triumph were attentive and courteous at all times. My dealings although brief was so easy and when I asked a question these guys were on it and answered immediately. Be happy to buy another bike from Phil or Mike at Fowlerβs.ps thank you for the Mega breakfast . I made it up to Holyhead in good time despite the rain and love the bike.

I had difficulties caused by KTM electrical build quality which took my new Superduke R off the road for a significant part of the 2018 season. Fowlers were always efficient and pro-active trying to get things sorted out and trying to make sure I was a satisfied customer. My assumption earlier -- that they would be too big to care much -- was completely wrong. Finally they went the extra mile and fixed up a deal with KTM to balance the situation as best they could. I was impressed. Particular praise for the customer satisfaction manager (Sara Gubb) and Jo and Zoe on the service desk. (And of curse there were lots of good conversations with sales staff en route, while waiting for the bike.)

Fowlers really are the go to company for your OEM motorcycle spares. I've been using them for many years and apart from postal charges occasionally being on the high side, I can't fault them.
