I called their local store; asking a question about online policy; I was told by the person that answered she didn't know and she refused to ask someone else.

I love Footwear Etc! I get almost all of my shoes from them. Great fit and great brands.
I received wonderful customer service from Christina. Before an item of mine shipped, she reached out to let me know that I ordered the last pair in stock and it had a very minor flaw. She asked me to look at and determine if I still wanted them. When I decided to keep the order, she gave me a great discount. I was very grateful that she reached out to me and appreciate the great service.
I love Footwear etc. and have been shopping there for years. Unfortunately these shoes did not fit and I needed to return in person at the Mission Hills store. I went in and there were 2 sales people that didn't even acknowledge me for a bit. They were with other customers, but I saw them acknowledge two other female shoppers that were in the store. Eventually a 3rd sales person came out and they had her help me but she was so uninterested in helping me. She got the shoes I wanted, dropped them off and walked away. She did not sit with me and help me try them on or check the fit like the other sales people were doing with their customers. She barely seemed able or even interested in answering my questions. I love the store, but am VERY disappointed with the service I receive when going to the Mission Hills store. I have never received the good service there that I used to get at the Little Italy or Encinitas store but this time was truly awful and makes me not want to go back.
Great price, super fast shipping. Thanks
Wonderful Thank you!
Good selection of sandals and fast shipping. An overall good experience. Would recommend!
Shoes arrived quickly and look beautiful. The fit is perfect for this summer
I love Footwear Etc because I always find what I am looking for
Fast shipping, easy returns and quick refund! Also, great products!
Super quick delivery! Wonderful comfort. Great color. A great addition to my Hoka collection. Will go with all my casual denim clothes. Will get tons of use out of them. Best walking shoes.
Great shoes! Came quickly and have become my favorite for errands and everyday wear.
Recieved item I ordered in a timely fashion
Just what I wanted! Saw in store and found it online!
They were the same size and same style of shoe I’ve purchased before, but these were much smaller. I had to return them at the store in Rancho Bernardo.
Delivered on time. Great price
Dilivery too slow that’s all
Ok purchase but they run small and seem like they will not last very long. The buttons are not very secure. Nice looking patterns.
Customer service was great, letting me know that there would be some abnormalities in appearance on the sandals I ordered as they were the last pair in that size. I didn't mind, and they weren't nearly as bad as initially reported upon seeing them in person! Shipping was very quick and everything arrived in great condition. Fit was also as described for both pairs of shoes.
Accurate description on website, reasonable pricing, fast secure shipping.
Great company 🫶🏻 I love the shoes
Exactly what I wanted. Very fast delivery and I love that you are kept updated.
