Customer service was great
Customer service was great, letting me know that there would be some abnormalities in appearance on the sandals I ordered as they were the last pair in that size. I didn't mind, and they weren't nearly as bad as initially reported upon seeing them in person! Shipping was very quick and everything arrived in great condition. Fit was also as described for both pairs of shoes.
