I called their local store; asking a question about online policy; I was told by the person that answered she didn't know and she refused to ask someone else.

I love Footwear Etc! I get almost all of my shoes from them. Great fit and great brands.
Thank you I got my merrell clogs they are greatI was looking for another pair of ones I got a year or two ago and love . You were the only source for them in my size.
Item arrived in a couple of days, in great shape.
The service is great as usual from footwear etc. However, tomorrow I will be returning the sandals because the straps are too tight on my husband's wide foot. A concern I have is my receipt states a discounted $7.95 flat-rate for Rewards Members will be charged, but when I printed my return label it indicated a $9.95 fee would be charged. I am hoping Footwear Etc. will be honoring the $7.95 shipping as stated on my receipt.
Excellent! Three days to delivery, just as they said, which is surprising since they were delivered by USPS with all the troubles they’re having at this time. Thanks!
I love this company and your shoes. I took some back to the local store and picked up more from there too! Love, love, love my shoes!!
