I called their local store; asking a question about online policy; I was told by the person that answered she didn't know and she refused to ask someone else.

I love Footwear Etc! I get almost all of my shoes from them. Great fit and great brands.
I liked both pairs of shoes but they didn't fit. It's hard to shop for shoes on line. I took them back to a nearby store, returned them, and then bought a pair that fit better.
Received my UGG slippers in a timely matter. Like the slippers. I wish UGG made them in half sizes, as my true size is 8.5, so I had to size up to 9, but am still happy with them. Also, I love the color. Online it's described as "Grapefruit", but it's more of a light, soft orange color.
This is the best site ever! I love their products.
Easily ordered, quick check out and fast delivery!!! I love the shoes!!!
GOT THE SHOES LOVE THE SHOES
I was pleasantly surprised that my shoes arrived the very next day love them!
Very satisfied with service - speed - ease of use and the product - will use the site again -
Great shoes. Delivery was quick. I’ll buy again from this site.
Fast, easy, and exactly what I ordered. Will use them again!
I received my order quickly and the shoes are great. I will definitely shop with Footwear etc again.
I Love MBT’s and Footwear Etc. Great shoes and great company with excellent customer service.
This is the best walking/weather helpful shoe. The fit is fine and the material will help in rain or snow. Love the traction when I walk.
Best Service and good deal
Footwear etc. is awesome. Good shoes selection and easy to order from. Good packaging and fast shipping. I am happy with my new shoes.
Second time I ordered with Footwear to get my daughter's running shoes! Perfect selection of HOKAS....easy on line ordering , timely shipping ...and an easy exchange when she ordered the wrong size What's not to like :)
It was easy to shop here, and they were shipped out quickly and were packaged well. They had what I was looking for.

I always purchase my footwear from Footwear Etc. The best!
Always great sales. Don’t get discouraged if not in your size. Persistence pays off. I just scored 2 pair of Women’s size 9 medium.
Got a great sale price on my second pair of Earth Raleigh knee high boots. I’ve used my first pair since January 2020 for my dog’s walks and play time with other dogs. I love these waterproof boots and don’t want to be caught without a pair. Purchase and shipping worked perfectly.
