Excellent service from fmg Falkirk after had a deer hit with my car. Damage to kfet wing and grill. The garage kept up date with progress via text messages and the car looked like new when work was completed. 10 out off 10 from me
They will say anything to get you on board . They returned my car unfinished, got charged Β£45 (plus enterprise tried to take another Β£105) because they tried to ring me and I was busy and didnt answer. Raised a formal complaint (and its took them months to give a final response - well over the legal time period they are allowed). They wont take reaponsibility or accountability for anything and this crash was their clients fault, not mine. They drove into me while I was parked in a car park. Absolute con artists, avoid at all costs.

After a neighbours gate hit our car the insurance arranged for FMG to repair the cosmetic damage.

A special mention to John & Chris who collected and returned the vehicle, cheered us right up!!!!!! They really appreciated the cars name!
The office/clerical staff always really helpful and friendly.

Poor communication. Car smelled funny on return. Promised theyβd fix 2 issues with the vehicle (only 1 included in insurance, other would be private fee). Only 1 repair done. Excuse was that there has been a recent policy change internally. Again, no communication about it until collection.
Well β¦.. FMG teamvalley Gateshead. My insurance company admiral were disgusting. It was my first crash due to ice and my car went to FMG. Dawn and Tanya simply amazing. Tanya came in on her day off for me to get my car as she knew I was in distress (although she didnβt tell me that, I could just tell) it was either Christian or Kieran I spoke to the day I crashed my car. Parts of the body shop. He was so kind and caring and very professional. A lot of damage to my car when crashed in Ice. 1 week my car come back to me. Amazing work. All I can say FMG have the best working for them. Admiral insurance horrendous but FMG the best company I have come across. Service outstanding. Thankyou so so much

Well, what can I say?
They had it for more than 2 months and it came back worse than when it went in. There is a tool created dent in the wheel arch fir starters. There is a scratch over the rear wheel arch. The bonnet isn't flush. The front grills aren't on properly. There is a clonking when I drive. They lied and told me I couldn't have had my car back earlier because by law they had to make sure all the factory fitted safety features had to work. None of them work now. So, by their word, they ha e broken the law by returning it to me. A complete and utter disaster.
Would do zero stars if I could. This company is rubbish they had my car for 2/3 months in total all to fix a grill which they got from eBay not even a new part.
My car come back in worse condition than it went in.
Avoid this company as they are incompetent at their job.

He was very courteous and helpful with any requests we had on how to manage the work on our drive.
The end product on completion was superb.
The workmanship was exceptional and his attitude and customer skills were best I have come across in the accident repair industry.
Cardiff branch
Excellent service.went above and beyond when I had business in Cardiff on the Friday and was able to drop the car off early, necessitated taking a driver home (25 miles) and then he drove the car back to fmg cardiff. This meant I could use the hire car provided by Auxilis delivered on the Saturday and starting my Monday at 0630 ( IT field service engineer, call in Pembrokeshire logged) without worrying about the car being picked up.
Repair workshop chosen by my insurance company in Scunthorpe. Kept me informed throughout the process of my car being fixed. Tony is an asset to your team.
Only negative is the car was returned dirty inside after I was told it was valeted and the parts that had been stripped left in the boot. After calling Tony he came and took the parts away instantly.

Several key things made our experience great.
1. The telephone support every time we had need to contact or they contacted us was great
2. The company personalised things giving names and commitments they kept to.
3. The standard of repair work and valeting of the vehicle is exceptional
4. The friendliness overall of the team was brilliant - including the two lads who dropped off and collected the vehicle and courtesy car.
Overall a fantastic service from FMG
Very good! Used thurrock through first direct insurance. They kept me informed via text regularly. The only problem was the new bumper took much longer than advised. I didn't want the courtesy as this street is always having accidental damage caused to cars and busy. They even cleaned the interior. The mot had run out so they delivered it the following morning to my local garage for testing. As the car took far longer I am getting a Β£70 compensation amount. So all good.
