Excellent service from fmg Falkirk after had a deer hit with my car. Damage to kfet wing and grill. The garage kept up date with progress via text messages and the car looked like new when work was completed. 10 out off 10 from me
They will say anything to get you on board . They returned my car unfinished, got charged £45 (plus enterprise tried to take another £105) because they tried to ring me and I was busy and didnt answer. Raised a formal complaint (and its took them months to give a final response - well over the legal time period they are allowed). They wont take reaponsibility or accountability for anything and this crash was their clients fault, not mine. They drove into me while I was parked in a car park. Absolute con artists, avoid at all costs.

After a neighbours gate hit our car the insurance arranged for FMG to repair the cosmetic damage.
Excellent customer service from start to finish.
A special mention to John & Chris who collected and returned the vehicle, cheered us right up!!!!!! They really appreciated the cars name!
The office/clerical staff always really helpful and friendly.
All in all a 5* experience, would highly recommend! Remember folks you absolutely do get what you pay for with FMG!

Poor communication. Car smelled funny on return. Promised they’d fix 2 issues with the vehicle (only 1 included in insurance, other would be private fee). Only 1 repair done. Excuse was that there has been a recent policy change internally. Again, no communication about it until collection.
A very pleasant experience. Great customer service keeping me up to date with how my car was getting on.
Courtesy car was delivered to my work address & once my car was finished it was delivered back to my work place. Very very happy with the work that has been done on my car, looks like brand new & it’s even had a wash 😀

My car is still there since mid September 2022 it's 3 of March 2023 and I do not have an estimate date yet.
They only needed to replace the right front bumper and the front right light. No painting no welding.
No communication, 5 months of waiting. Absolute rubish
I have to say this company is one of the most disappointing companies that I have had to deal with.
They are the partners of TESCO Motor insurance group. I am writing this email on 2nd of march 2023. My original claim was made on 19th of october 2022. For a BMW 5 Series 2018 plate.
The tesco claims team were great and helpful every time i contacted them. But FMG has taken so long with their communication and missed so many opportunities to process my claim and every time I chased them, they didnt even apologise and failed to answer on why they kept messing about with my claim, missed on communication between me the client and the repairer, and why there was no communication with my insurance at all.
First they wanted to take my car to a third party garage for repair, their partner failed to arrange for pick up or have any type of contact with me. Only to email me 2 days after my car is suppoed to be picked up, to say it will be picked up. It was bypnd believe when I read the email. The dates were all over the place etc.
After 3 months, in mid Jan 2023 I arranged with BMW dealer to carry out the work, after asking for the permission and confirmation from my insurance (tesco) , BMW dealership was so professional and quick to provide a proper quotation for FMG, it was sent to them on the same day. Guess what? only I find out 40 days later that FMG still hasnt even replied to BMW workshop and that BMW might charge me for parking space. 🤔
After chasing my insurance (tesco) to chase up their incompetent partner (FMG) 12 days later I get a call from BMW to say they have just received a reply. 5 months later.
Rubish service. Rubish at communication and if I ever see your Brand name FMG in partnership with any type of business, I'd know that their service will be as shocking and incomplete as yours has been.
After 5 months you have at least proven to me that big companies such TESCO can also make mistakes in choosing business partners.
They certainly did by choosing FMG.
