Excellent service from fmg Falkirk after had a deer hit with my car. Damage to kfet wing and grill. The garage kept up date with progress via text messages and the car looked like new when work was completed. 10 out off 10 from me
They will say anything to get you on board . They returned my car unfinished, got charged Β£45 (plus enterprise tried to take another Β£105) because they tried to ring me and I was busy and didnt answer. Raised a formal complaint (and its took them months to give a final response - well over the legal time period they are allowed). They wont take reaponsibility or accountability for anything and this crash was their clients fault, not mine. They drove into me while I was parked in a car park. Absolute con artists, avoid at all costs.

A special mention to John & Chris who collected and returned the vehicle, cheered us right up!!!!!! They really appreciated the cars name!
The office/clerical staff always really helpful and friendly.

Poor communication. Car smelled funny on return. Promised theyβd fix 2 issues with the vehicle (only 1 included in insurance, other would be private fee). Only 1 repair done. Excuse was that there has been a recent policy change internally. Again, no communication about it until collection.

The Best Service we have ever had from a company, from the moment we had bèen placed with Fmg Barnstaple to repair our car they have been the most helpful, kind people.
Communication was a regularly given and so friendly to chat to.
We forgot our car seats and the lady dropped them off for us.

This Company is ABSOLUTELY π― AMAZING π π I can't fault it in any way at all. I used the HEREFORD BRANCH and Tracy who dealt with myself was exceptionally professional and nothing was too much trouble for her. If there was anything that needed sorting she cracked on with it, never forgot, and saw it through so you never had any stress. The WONDERFUL GUYS who did the work were second to NONE, it's seamless and perfect. Thanks to the nasty (bad language !) person that did it and drove off but she's now as good as new. Can't go wrong here guys using this Company.

I've been waiting for a courtesy car, & collection of my car for repair for 4 days now. I've luckily never needed to claim on my car insurance but unfortunately through Tesco Bank, the approved repair company is FMG. I always assumed the point of a courtesy car was so you could continue your normal business until your car was repaired - but I still haven't heard a thing, despite chasing. I will unfortunately have to arrange for repairs & a private car hire myself out of my own pocket, but will make sure not to use Tesco Bank car insurance or any company using FMG Repair Services in the future.
Insurance claim and repair given to f&g 6wks ago at cambuslang garage e mailed me they have the parts required but I would have to be added to their list for courtesy car cant tell me where I am on list I am a blue badge holder and can't manage without car so can't go ahead with repair worst company ever
FMG HULL were excellent. Staff were efficient, polite and communicated well.
Had to wait a few weeks for parts and available slot for replacement rear bumper, plus Christmas got in the way, but the car looks great. From pick up to collection it was hassle free. FMG were really busy but all staff were helpfull and cheerfull.
