Well ….. FMG teamvalley Gateshead. My insurance company admiral were disgusting. It was my first crash due to ice and my car went to FMG. Dawn and Tanya simply amazing. Tanya came in on her day off for me to get my car as she knew I was in distress (although she didn’t tell me that, I could just tell) it was either Christian or Kieran I spoke to the day I crashed my car. Parts of the body shop. He was so kind and caring and very professional. A lot of damage to my car when crashed in Ice. 1 week my car come back to me. Amazing work. All I can say FMG have the best working for them. Admiral insurance horrendous but FMG the best company I have come across. Service outstanding. Thankyou so so much Many thanks Mel Harrison
