Excellent service from fmg Falkirk after had a deer hit with my car. Damage to kfet wing and grill. The garage kept up date with progress via text messages and the car looked like new when work was completed. 10 out off 10 from me

They will say anything to get you on…

They will say anything to get you on board . They returned my car unfinished, got charged £45 (plus enterprise tried to take another £105) because they tried to ring me and I was busy and didnt answer. Raised a formal complaint (and its took them months to give a final response - well over the legal time period they are allowed). They wont take reaponsibility or accountability for anything and this crash was their clients fault, not mine. They drove into me while I was parked in a car park. Absolute con artists, avoid at all costs.

Faultless!

Faultless! After a neighbours gate hit our car the insurance arranged for FMG to repair the cosmetic damage. Excellent customer service from start to finish. A special mention to John & Chris who collected and returned the vehicle, cheered us right up!!!!!! They really appreciated the cars name! The office/clerical staff always really helpful and friendly. All in all a 5* experience, would highly recommend! Remember folks you absolutely do get what you pay for with FMG! Thanks again!

Poor experience

Poor communication. Car smelled funny on return. Promised they’d fix 2 issues with the vehicle (only 1 included in insurance, other would be private fee). Only 1 repair done. Excuse was that there has been a recent policy change internally. Again, no communication about it until collection.

I recently required the services of FMG Repair Services, Scunthorpe after an Amazon driver reversed into my new car From start to finish, the service was professional, speedy and hassle free. Excellent service from F.M.G Repairs

Excellent service from F.M.G Repairs Scunthorpe. I could not fault the service from start to finish. Communication was excellent from day one - Laura in particular who kept me up to date with regular updates. My car arrived back in an immaculate condition. Laurence who collected and delivered my car was extremely helpful, friendly and professional. I would recommend F.M.G and most defiantly use them again.

Insurance repairs by FMG.

The staff at FMG Bridgend were polite and helpful, my car was in for repair due to a hit & run which was captured on my CCTV and reported to Saga claims who appointed FMG services for repairs... My car was collected from my home, repaired and returned by them in excellent condition and an outstanding quality of repair. The only thing I am disappointed with is that FMG's website (to register & check progress) was impossible to use! It would not accept anything I typed into it, saying "Please enter a valid email address ", and "Please enter a valid vehicle registration number ", and so on, all the information boxes would turn red and you'd end up going round in circles and getting nowhere! The best way to contact them is by telephone, as their "connect platform" is probably well out of date.. Also, I received an email after they'd returned the car that stated that they are ready to start repairs on the car and to contact them to arrange a date to bring the car in for repairs... However, despite this, their service was otherwise very good indeed!

Avoid at all costs

FMG was appointed by SAGA to fix my car. No argument about the claim but it has taken nearly 6 months and my car is still not fixed. FMG won’t answer the phone or emails. Their online portal is rubbish, and blames their extimator which I know is not true, and hasn’t been updated since last November last year. Saga itself doesn’t answer the phone and only got in touch after I submitted a very negative TP review. I’m still waiting for the repairs. FMG now says today that it has received the coachworks estimate but I know they had this in December. Not exactly customer focussed. I won’t be going back to SAGA and I dontrecommend you do either. Dreadful!

At first I had to wait a few months for…

At first I had to wait a few months for my insurance to find a garage, however I was the allocated FMG in Guildford. Well, they were absolutely brilliant! Karen and Courtney were always so helpful on the phone and answering questions, they came and collected the car within 3 days and the courtesy car was tip top! No complaints whatsoever and I would highly recommend them to anyone. Thank you! Erin
