Excellent service from fmg Falkirk after had a deer hit with my car. Damage to kfet wing and grill. The garage kept up date with progress via text messages and the car looked like new when work was completed. 10 out off 10 from me
They will say anything to get you on board . They returned my car unfinished, got charged £45 (plus enterprise tried to take another £105) because they tried to ring me and I was busy and didnt answer. Raised a formal complaint (and its took them months to give a final response - well over the legal time period they are allowed). They wont take reaponsibility or accountability for anything and this crash was their clients fault, not mine. They drove into me while I was parked in a car park. Absolute con artists, avoid at all costs.

After a neighbours gate hit our car the insurance arranged for FMG to repair the cosmetic damage.

A special mention to John & Chris who collected and returned the vehicle, cheered us right up!!!!!! They really appreciated the cars name!
The office/clerical staff always really helpful and friendly.
All in all a 5* experience, would highly recommend! Remember folks you absolutely do get what you pay for with FMG!

Poor communication. Car smelled funny on return. Promised they’d fix 2 issues with the vehicle (only 1 included in insurance, other would be private fee). Only 1 repair done. Excuse was that there has been a recent policy change internally. Again, no communication about it until collection.
The guys at FMG Dunfermline did a fantastic repair job on my car. They kept me informed through the various stages of the repair and they finished the work when they said they would. I couldn’t be happier with the job they did and I would have no hesitation in using them again.
My car was collected for repairs , I was informed throughout, car returned with an excellent job done , very friendly collection driver who also returned my car, highly recommend FMG
The Hull branch kept me up to date with the progress of the repairs to my car. The times that I contacted the garage, the receptionists were so helpful. When they returned the car to me , the damaged part was like new. The work was to a high standard and I would definitely recommend FMG repair services, Hull.

I didn’t choose to use FMG, I was in a no-fault accident and my insurer (Admiral & Auxillis) selected them. I read the reviews and had my doubts and unfortunately I have to agree with the feedback.
When you get through to them on the phone the lady (Michelle) and other people are helpful and friendly, however the speed of communication via what appears to be an automated text is at least 2-3 days out of date and alarmingly inaccurate (4 days after being told it was a write off, texting me to say they are getting the car repaired and waiting approval) adding more stress to an already bad situation.
The people seem to be on it, but I feel they either take on too much work or have staff issues and their text updates are really frustrating.
Because they haven’t done anything to improve their service based on the feedback already given by others I wouldn’t pay out of my own pocket to use them.
After having a RTA earlier my insurance company organised a courtesy car from FMG. It arrived 4 days later (Bank Holiday) and was absolutely disgusting. I wasn't able to attach pictures of the inside of the boot which hadn't been hoovered for months. There were crisps, dried grass, and although I was glad to get a vehicle it certainly was not like for like. This is a 1.2l Honda whereas my car is a BMW X1 2.0.
(Dundee branch) Shoddy repair, had to send vehicle back and then second time it was returned damage was still visible but had to take car back as could no longer keep the hire car. Damage not visible at a distance but can still be seen close up. Garage did offer to try again but suggested repair likely to be no better as it had passed their quality control.
Full compliments though to their drivers, who were fantastic.
