Excellent service from fmg Falkirk after had a deer hit with my car. Damage to kfet wing and grill. The garage kept up date with progress via text messages and the car looked like new when work was completed. 10 out off 10 from me
They will say anything to get you on board . They returned my car unfinished, got charged £45 (plus enterprise tried to take another £105) because they tried to ring me and I was busy and didnt answer. Raised a formal complaint (and its took them months to give a final response - well over the legal time period they are allowed). They wont take reaponsibility or accountability for anything and this crash was their clients fault, not mine. They drove into me while I was parked in a car park. Absolute con artists, avoid at all costs.

Poor communication. Car smelled funny on return. Promised they’d fix 2 issues with the vehicle (only 1 included in insurance, other would be private fee). Only 1 repair done. Excuse was that there has been a recent policy change internally. Again, no communication about it until collection.
FMG Bournemouth oversaw the repairs to my vehicle recently - from the moment I booked it in, to regular updates to keep me informed to when I collected it they were fantastic. The repairs are literally better than it was before - the whole team is a credit to the company - and they didn’t get frustrated with my regular requests for updates 😂 thank you
Fantastic service from this garage on my car, through Tescos Insurance recently after a minor bump. Collected my car and dropped off hire vehicle, first class service. They kept me up to date on all repairs completed and even washed my car on return. Special thanks to the ladies on the phone getting my car back to me yesterday.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I have to say FMG in Hull did a fantastic job on my car—it looks brand new!
Not only was the quality of the repair a 10/10, but the customer service was also outstanding. I received regular updates on the progress of my car, which really put my mind at ease.
A special mention goes to Tina in the Hull branch, who went above and beyond throughout the whole process. She was incredibly helpful, answered all my questions promptly, and was an absolute pleasure to deal with.
Hopefully, I won’t need their services again anytime soon (in the best possible way!), but if I do, I’d be glad to work with Tina again. Highly recommend FMG!

May I take this opportunity to say THANKYOU very much for the service I recieved from FMG staff,from the secretaries to the mechanics and everybody else after my accident.FMG did everything they could and even let me have a courtesy car earlier than I should have as they hadn't taken control of my vehicle because of the towing company but FMG were there to save the day and get me back on the road as I can't walk too far.The staff are all very friendly and very professional in what they do.They had my car done in the time they specified,but I think they were a couple of days earlier which was great getting my car back.I certainly would use this garage in future for any repairs or if anything goes wrong with my car.They are a very reliable company and very professional and the work they did after my accident was second to none.you wouldn't even guess it had been in an accident as the work they did was fantastic.Thankyou again FMG and I appreciate keeping me in touch with how the car was progressing all through to them finishing my car.I would recommend this company to anyone wanting their car fixing properly and so professionally.Thankyou.. Admiral Insurance use Auxillis to deal with such claims, and FMG to effect the repairs.
Auxillis supplied a practically new BMW Series 2 as a courtesy car and FMG Hereford collected my Mercedes C Class. The rear bumper was repaired and resprayed in three days.
I was updated with progress and Tracey (Reception) was most helpful in every way.
The gentleman who collected and delivered the car was pleasant and punctual.

This company is absolutely amazing. I couldn’t fault them in the slightest. My car got taken in for repair and they collected my car and brought my car back and it came back with some fuel! Fantastic service from start to finish. Tia kept me well informed of process whilst my car was being repaired. It came back spotless and looking like brand new! The staff that brought my vehicle and dropped and picked up the curtesy car were very helpful and professional. I'd 100% recommend this service they have been fantastic. Even though I was in hospital for a few days, I still managed to sort out the claim with Direct Line. My husband took photos for me for the assessment. The Grimsby branch contacted me and said they would need to take my car into the repair centre and would arranged a courtesy car for me. I requested an automatic as I have not driven a manual for approx 20 years. FMG arranged to collect my car for repair. They arrived at the correct time, delivered me an almost brand new Hyundai i10 (74 plate with 1500 miles on the clock) and collected my Skoda. They contacted me to say the repair was complete and arranged to bring my car back and collect the Hyundai. The repair was good and complete. My own car was cleaned inside and out as well.
