Milton Keynes Branch I didn’t choose to use FMG, I was in a no-fault accident and my insurer (Admiral & Auxillis) selected them. I read the reviews and had my doubts and unfortunately I have to agree with the feedback. When you get through to them on the phone the lady (Michelle) and other people are helpful and friendly, however the speed of communication via what appears to be an automated text is at least 2-3 days out of date and alarmingly inaccurate (4 days after being told it was a write off, texting me to say they are getting the car repaired and waiting approval) adding more stress to an already bad situation. The people seem to be on it, but I feel they either take on too much work or have staff issues and their text updates are really frustrating. Because they haven’t done anything to improve their service based on the feedback already given by others I wouldn’t pay out of my own pocket to use them.
