Grimsby branch are excellent

Even though I was in hospital for a few days, I still managed to sort out the claim with Direct Line. My husband took photos for me for the assessment. The Grimsby branch contacted me and said they would need to take my car into the repair centre and would arranged a courtesy car for me. I requested an automatic as I have not driven a manual for approx 20 years. FMG arranged to collect my car for repair. They arrived at the correct time, delivered me an almost brand new Hyundai i10 (74 plate with 1500 miles on the clock) and collected my Skoda. They contacted me to say the repair was complete and arranged to bring my car back and collect the Hyundai. The repair was good and complete. My own car was cleaned inside and out as well.
