Excellent service from fmg Falkirk after had a deer hit with my car. Damage to kfet wing and grill. The garage kept up date with progress via text messages and the car looked like new when work was completed. 10 out off 10 from me

They will say anything to get you on…

They will say anything to get you on board . They returned my car unfinished, got charged £45 (plus enterprise tried to take another £105) because they tried to ring me and I was busy and didnt answer. Raised a formal complaint (and its took them months to give a final response - well over the legal time period they are allowed). They wont take reaponsibility or accountability for anything and this crash was their clients fault, not mine. They drove into me while I was parked in a car park. Absolute con artists, avoid at all costs.

Faultless!

Faultless! After a neighbours gate hit our car the insurance arranged for FMG to repair the cosmetic damage. Excellent customer service from start to finish. A special mention to John & Chris who collected and returned the vehicle, cheered us right up!!!!!! They really appreciated the cars name! The office/clerical staff always really helpful and friendly. All in all a 5* experience, would highly recommend! Remember folks you absolutely do get what you pay for with FMG! Thanks again!

Poor experience

Poor communication. Car smelled funny on return. Promised they’d fix 2 issues with the vehicle (only 1 included in insurance, other would be private fee). Only 1 repair done. Excuse was that there has been a recent policy change internally. Again, no communication about it until collection.

5 star service from FMG Hull

From start to finish FMG Hull could not have done more. My car was collected from my drive and delivered back in pristine condition after being repaired. Their customer service is second to none. Well done everyone at FMG Hull 5 star service all the way

I had never claimed on my car insurance…

I had never claimed on my car insurance before. The process with FMG was brilliant. They arranged for an assessment at my home, arranged for a courtesy car delivered while picking up my car. Lots of text messages explaining the status of the repair. And the car looks brand new after the repairs. A painless and professional service

Nottingham/ilkeston Branch

Nottingham/ilkeston Branch. Customer Service was disgraceful to be polite, no communication with insurance, promised a courtesy car but didn’t come up with that either, make a polite complaint and then they pull the plug and refuse to carry out the work needed. Embarrassing level of customer service, dare say the repair on my vehicle would have been shoddy too. Avoid at all costs even if insurance deal with this branch.

Lisa customer service Bristol

Dear FMG, My car was recently in your repair shop to remedy some paint flaking. I was having a somewhat frustrating experience until Lisa answered the phone. I was already penning a trust pilot review that was very uncomplimentary , however, Lisa has changed my mind. Her professional approach, her hands on approach and actually doing what she said she would do has restored my faith in FMG. Great service somebody reversed into my car and left scratches. Once it had been repaired and sent back it was like new. Couldn't even tell anything had happened bumper repaired really well really pleased thank you

My car was fixed at the Havant branch

My car was fixed at the Havant branch. the repairs were brilliant, I had a replacement car brought to me door, my car was picked up and taken for repairs. 2 weeks later its back and looking great. communication was top line both on line or phone. updated as to when everything would happen, all staff I spoke to were friendly and helpful. FMG Dunfermline are outstanding

FMG Dunfermline are absolutely fantastic in everything they do. They are brilliant people communicators clear regarding costs and timescales and keep you informed all through the process. Ian the manager is a genuine bloke as are all the staff. They are also perfectionists and take great pride in seeing customer reactions when work is completed.
