Customer Service was disgraceful to be polite, no communication with insurance, promised a courtesy car but didn’t come up with that either, make a polite complaint and then they pull the plug and refuse to carry out the work needed. Embarrassing level of customer service, dare say the repair on my vehicle would have been shoddy too. Avoid at all costs even if insurance deal with this branch.
