Excellent service from fmg Falkirk after had a deer hit with my car. Damage to kfet wing and grill. The garage kept up date with progress via text messages and the car looked like new when work was completed. 10 out off 10 from me
They will say anything to get you on board . They returned my car unfinished, got charged £45 (plus enterprise tried to take another £105) because they tried to ring me and I was busy and didnt answer. Raised a formal complaint (and its took them months to give a final response - well over the legal time period they are allowed). They wont take reaponsibility or accountability for anything and this crash was their clients fault, not mine. They drove into me while I was parked in a car park. Absolute con artists, avoid at all costs.

A special mention to John & Chris who collected and returned the vehicle, cheered us right up!!!!!! They really appreciated the cars name!
The office/clerical staff always really helpful and friendly.

Poor communication. Car smelled funny on return. Promised they’d fix 2 issues with the vehicle (only 1 included in insurance, other would be private fee). Only 1 repair done. Excuse was that there has been a recent policy change internally. Again, no communication about it until collection.
Everything from start to collection and delivery was great. Car repair done, car washed, £10 worth of petrol put in.
Couldn’t fault the lads, very nice and pleasant. Highly recommended this company especially the garage from Leamington Spa

Not a great start with the woman on reception . Rude and unprofessional, however the chap who came to pick up my car was lovely. I gave 4 stars because my car came back looking like new
Pickup and collection process was professional, nice guys too. Replacement car was also good. My car has returned and so far looks good. It’s good to receive a written guarantee for the work which takes the pressure off and gives peace of mind. Thank you FMG team
I have had to use Hereford FMG twice in last two years after being hit from behind twice! Overall I have found them excellent on both occasions. Friendly and welcoming from car collection to delivery. I’d particularly like to highlight Tracey. Answers every phone call and greets every customer professionally and you can tell she wants to help. Only reason I knocked one mark of is they missed part of the repair initially, but once pointed it out did seek to resolve quickly. A great team!

Absolutely awful experience...so stressful and upsetting experience. Car had to be returned three times due to poor quality of repair. I wasn't even being picky, it was such a bad job - paint drip, bad fitment, the list goes on. Even damaged an alloy and refused to repair it even though I had pictures to prove that they did the damage! Drove the car on the road without an MOT even though I told them verbally and via email that the car didn't have an MOT. The hire car had warning lights, no fuel and wasn't clean. Absolute shambles from start to finish. Please choose a repairer with good reviews and don't waste your time
I recently had insurance-related repairs carried out on my car by FMG Plymouth. Unfortunately, upon collecting the vehicle, I discovered a new fault that was not present when I handed it over. I raised this with the receptionist, who immediately dismissed responsibility and insisted the battery had not been disconnected — despite the invoice explicitly stating otherwise. This inconsistency raises serious concerns about either the accuracy of the invoice or the transparency of the work carried out.
I requested a call back from the manager on three separate occasions, and each time I was told I would be contacted — yet I never received a follow-up. Frustrated, I took my car to an independent garage, where the fault was resolved within 10 minutes. The mechanic confirmed that the battery had clearly been removed recently, as evidenced by clean markings in the surrounding dirt.
To add to the poor experience, when returning the hire car, I was incorrectly accused of not refuelling it. Fortunately, I had taken a photo of the fuel gauge at the time of delivery, which prevented an unjust charge.
Given the lack of accountability, poor communication, and questionable practices, I would strongly advise others to consider alternative repair centres.
