Finnleo Sauna Reviews

Really impressed with how quickly and cleanly the installation was completed. The sauna looks beautiful and functions perfectly. Only wish the initial consultation had been more detailed about electrical requirements.

The sauna itself exceeded expectations - beautiful wood, great heating system, and very comfortable seating. However, delivery was delayed twice and we weren't notified until we called. Installation team made up for it with excellent work though.

Every detail is perfectly executed. The cedar construction is flawless and the sauna maintains temperature beautifully. Worth every penny for the authentic Finnish experience.

Beautiful sauna that feels like a luxury spa experience. The heater works perfectly and the wood smells amazing. Definitely expensive but you get what you pay for.

The sauna itself is well-built and we use it almost daily. Installation went smoothly once they finally showed up. Main complaint is that customer service was slow to respond during the ordering process and we had to follow up multiple times for updates.

Don't get me wrong, it's a nice sauna, but for the price point I expected more premium features. The basic model feels pretty standard and customer service wasn't particularly helpful when I had questions about upgrades.

Overall satisfied with the purchase. The sauna heats evenly and the wood quality is good. Had a small issue with the door seal that took a few weeks to get resolved, but it's working fine now.

We've had our Finnleo sauna for six months now and use it several times a week. The build quality is excellent and it's holding up well to regular use. Installation was professional and the team explained all the maintenance requirements clearly.

Had Finnleo install a custom sauna in our home last year and couldn't be happier. The attention to detail is incredible - from the cedar selection to the precise fitting. Installation team was professional and cleaned up perfectly. Only minor issue was delivery took a week longer than expected, but the quality makes up for it.

This sauna brings back memories of my trips to Finland. The craftsmanship is top-notch and the heating system creates the perfect environment. Installation was seamless and the team was knowledgeable about proper ventilation requirements.

Amazing addition to our home. The Finnish design is authentic and the temperature control is spot-on. Installation crew knew what they were doing.

The sauna quality is good and it heats up quickly, but we had several issues during installation. One of the door hinges was installed incorrectly and had to be redone. Customer service eventually made it right, but it took longer than it should have.
