My request was handled in a very professional manner, quickly and from my point of view, with ease.

I needed to renew my domain names and wasn't sure how to go about it, it was Saturday and the company I was originally using has very limited phone support...so I called Fast Hosts, spoke to Sam, who talked me through all the processes, gave me the prices and made it all very straight forward, but I just thought I'd phone IONIS and Go daddy, no need! They were utterly useless, so called Fasthosts back, spoke to Sam, and he walked me through the whole process. Was brilliant!

Cristian was very helpful and sorted out the problem with my email and the Outlook update. I really appreciate getting this resolved. It took us two attempts however, which was fine, as just one setting needed to be adjusted which we sorted on the second attempt. The call dropped out mid-resolution but fortunately i was connected through to Cristian again on the return call I made, so we could continue to try to sort things out. He did suggest the call was being charged, which i don't think it was, and also that there was a bug with Outlook which perhaps there wasn't as it was just a problem with the settings which wasn't adjusted on the first attempt to resolve the difficulty. But no problem overall - we got there in the end.

I was pleased with Lawrence, a staff at Fasthost, being helpful with my request for rescinding a product I had recently signed up to and offering me a refund.

Well I do not see a single reason to write a long and pointless review. Will keep it simple, I made a purchase by myself domain to publish my website. When looked in to CPanel I find out that email storage does not meet my requirements … One phone call and instead of purchasing additional email , I decide to go ahead with Website builder package which include 50gb email. This is why is worth to call the provider as sometimes u may not see the benefits around u accessible within the same price but offering much more. Agent explain all clearly , answered all questions and was patient not like many other's I was speaking with , just to cut u of short and that’s it. Team at FastHost from very early stage helpful to the limits and kind 5⭐️

I spoke to Lawrence at Fasthosts about a problem with my websites robots text file. He had the problem fixed in a few minutes. Fasthosts have an excellent customer service and are available 24/7. Thanks Lawrence.
