Probably the worst web hosting company I’ve ever dealt with. Customer service is poor and most of the time I can’t understand what they are saying. Employ people that can speak English properly please. I’ll never use Fasthosts again after everything is cancelled next week.

Started off well with Fasthosts – their customer service was helpful in the beginning. But when I asked to cancel some unused services, things changed. They suddenly leaned on their terms and conditions and refused to stop billing me for services I’m not using. I still have to pay for the remaining 3 months, which feels unreasonable. Disappointed with how inflexible and unhelpful they became when it actually mattered. I’ll be moving my websites and domains elsewhere soon.

I have just got off Support Live Chat with Climen. He was very knowledgeable and once we both clarified what was needed he went to work and i had to do hardly nothing client side. Five star support, will certainly be using FastHosts in future projects, simply outstanding effort guys.

I have been using Fasthosts for years and the service and user interface is second to none. Reliability is rock solid and on the very few occasions there have been technical issues affecting emails for example, the technicians resolve matters very quickly. On the rare occasions you need sales or technical support, phones are answered promptly and the representatives are courteous and knowledgeable. Many thanks to Rhea Vhee Loyao who assisted me today.

Got through to Tech Support very quickly and easily. First and only contact was Drixler who immediately understood the problem and talked me through the resolution.

I had a webchat this morning with a helpful chap called Mark, who assisted me in refunding payment for an unauthorised .com domain renewal. Mark sorted the issue in a matter of minutes.

We have been with Fasthosts for about 25 years. We have always found the telephone support to be very good. Marvin Galgo was today very helpful in unscrambling a problem with domain registration that had arisen over misunderstanding email communication with first line support.
