Honestly this company have been amazing! There was a slight problem in that they tried to call me for an on boarding call as I was having a few technical issues and I'm not technical but their number was blocked automatically by my own phone so I missed it as it went directly to Voicemail! So I added their number to my address book I got back in touch with them and they rang me straight away I was so lucky to get assistance from Jefferson Quijano, who was amazing, had the patience of a saint and talked me through every single bit. I can't thank you all enough. It's been a very professional experience from day one and I can't believe how cheap your services are. Excellent value for money and you absolutely deserve 5 stars and more, thank you. I'll recommend you to all of my friends.

I contacted Fasthosts to ask for guidance on migrating emails and got some excellent advice and instructions from Cristian. He went further, giving us the best practice advise and suggestions to contact them when we perform the migration.

I've had domains from Fasthosts for nearly 25 years now, but I've only recently used them for website hosting. Had a major issue with a site today and Jayrus sorted it out within half an hour. They were extremely knowledgeable and efficient, whilst describing and explaining what they were doing. Great stuff.

I submitted a cancel request and a ticket to cancel a VPS I had bought on a monthly basis on 30/06/2025. It is now 17 days later and I have not had any reply from the company, however they have taken payment. It should not be this hard to cancel something. No complaints with the product, which works exactly as expected, but the customer service leaves a lot to be desired.
