Friendly operator. Helpful demeanour and advice. Was able to offer me a reasonable discount. Only issue I ran into was a miscommunication regarding a question I had about said applied discount. I asked if the discount would roll and understood it probably would, but their confirmation email clearly said the discount was a one time rate. I'll now need to redial in two years to renegotiate my WSP price. Happy enough delaying my site migration for the next two years though.

Easy and simple answers to my questions, I have no clue about websites or anything and Mark really took the time to explain things without complicating it. So refreshing.

Hard to understand

I spoke to Jefferson Quijano, a fantastic member of the support team who assisted me with managing my account. I was really pleased with how the call was handled in a professional manner, as well as the friendliness and willingness to help. Jefferson was able to give me the outcome I wanted, and provided all the necessary communication channels should I need anything more in the future. Really appreciate such great service.
