The supplier of the service was unable to recover my email, correct the issue with the emails coming through and not being received. Fasthosts were not liable for my emails being redirect unproperly into their domain - no action was taken. There fore they kept taking money for their unreliable contract breaching it by not providing any support or sorting the email issue. I have disputed with the bank as for that - they emailed after taking money for 10months as I had big patience paying for nothing and they had decency to accuse me with something that I did not ask them for permission to cancel my debits. No service- no debits. No support - no money. If you guys at fasthosts want to keep the customer than at least try to be there and work on an issue instead of being irresponsible.
