I've been using Fasthosts for over a decade to manage domain names and never had an issue. I've contacted their support team many times over the years and I'm always so impressed with their communication and ability to get answers and resolve problems. I'm never passed around and things are resolved quickly. Today I had the pleasure of working with Rey P who was a perfect example of this. He was able to contact and internal team to get an answer to a tricky question and get a response back to me within minutes. Other companies should take notice of this service and replicate!

Andre from the Fasthosts technical team understood the issue I was having with a recently transferred domain. He was able to reach out to the domains team and resolve the issue within minutes. Always had a great experience working with Fasthosts, they are... fast and great hosts! Today I had to make some changes to my account, Glenn Contawe was great on the phone, very clear and great communication. He quickly sorted my request and I was off the phone within minutes. Great support & great service.

Almond Brexale Tello handled the closure of my reseller account very professionally. Been with Fasthosts for 18 years as a reseller but could no longer justify the expense of the SSLs, kept hanging on in the hope that they'd jump onboard with Let's Encrypt etc but nothing ever happened. A recent price increase was the catalyst for the closure. To be fair, he did his best to entice me to stay, but having already moved everything to another provider, it just wasn't enough.

Kate was most helpful and understanding of an 80 years old customer who is not tech savy. Excellent service could not ask for better. Thank you.
