What a lovely person, spoke to Kate today after trying different options she managed to fixed my phone, I went in to Apple Edinburgh and the guy said he has never seen this problem before, he made a real mess of my phone, I phoned USA they apologised and the guy put it back, but still couldn’t fix it, Kate has lots of patience dealing with me as I am not very good on technology, probably a age thing, 72 however well done Kate, you fixed a problem that Apple could not fix, definitely 5 *.
