I continue to experience a critical issue where my emails are getting stuck in the outbox, preventing me from sending or receiving messages. Despite paying a monthly subscription of £7.50, the service remains unreliable and is directly impacting my business operations. I have contacted your support team multiple times and have already spent hours attempting to diagnose and resolve this issue, without success.
