Almond Brexale Tello Was very professional and understood quickly that I no longer had a need the product we had and didn’t try and keep me or sell me anything else which was really appreciated. He cancelled all the products i no longer required quickly and then sent a confirmation email, so overall an excellent experience for me and would recommend Fasthost based on my experience today. I had been with Fasthosts since 2011 and they were always reasonably priced, never once did I have any tech issues that were not fixed within minutes and their customer service was always far above standard. When I had to cancel my service today, the young lady Regine C was so courteous, friendly, and efficient that it was impressive, given my experiences with various tech companies and call centres over the last few years. If I ever need a website again Fasthosts will definitely be my first choice.
