I had ordered the incorrect web product which was a one year contract so called Fasthosts to see if they could cancel it as I would not be using it. Regine C dealt with my enquiry and was very helpful and understanding and arranged the cancellation immediately. I've been using Fasthosts for a few years now and this is the first time I've had to contact them and was so pleased to be able to speak to a person who could deal with my enquiry. Brilliant service.

Marcus was incredible! Got straight to solving it and knew his stuff. If I had a direct line for him, I would just go straight to him. But as a whole I do find the fasthost support team very helpful and are very supportive. Highly recommend!! And if you get Marcus on the phone, even better!

Excellent service. Having been a customer of Fasthosts for over 10 years, and having recently retired, I no longer need my hosting package. The agent Louie Gee was polite, knowledgeable and very efficient. If I need a hosting package in the future, I will definitely consider Fasthosts in the first instance.

Our website enquiry form had a glitch.... for no obvious reason. Levinn from Fasthosts support was on the case straight away and used his extensive knowledge and experience to solve the problem quickly. I don't have to use support often, but when needed Levinn was exceptional. Thanks very much!!

I initially had a positive experience with Fasthosts – their customer service seemed responsive and helpful. However, things quickly changed when I tried to cancel some unused services. Despite not using them and requesting early termination, I was told that I’m locked in and have to pay for the remaining term (3 months), regardless. It feels like they bring out the terms and conditions only when it suits them. There was no flexibility, no consideration, just a flat “you have to pay.” Not what I expected from a company that initially seemed customer-focused. I’ll be moving my websites and domains to another provider as soon as possible. Disappointed and won’t be recommending them.
