*** update - thanks George but nobody has contacted me about cancellation?*** They advertise £1 per month for 3 months - and make it look as though you can cancel any time after that. You cannot. No amount of asking for help will make the robots that work for this company help you. They have used well known psychological techniques - knowing I won't read all of the t's and C's to lock me into a 12 month contract. If you Google this - they've done it a lot. I no longer trust this company and I urge you to go somewhere else, they cannot be trusted and they don't care.

First class support from Fasthosts. We have used Fasthosts for over twenty years and have received first class service and support throughout that time. The Fasthosts website customer Dashboard is excellent and enables me to do most of what I need to on a day-to-day basis. On the few occasions that I have had to speak to a member of the team, that has been a very positive experience and today was no exception. I was assisted by Jefferson Quijano, who was superb from start to finish. He was friendly but professional, knowledgeable and efficient. At the end of our conversation, I had received emails confirming that everything that I had requested had been achieved and I felt truly valued as a customer. I can't recommend Fasthosts highly enough; with staff like Jefferson on their team, you know that they care about their customers. Thank you.
One of the worst decisions I’ve made was signing up with Fasthosts as my email provider. Their service has been a disaster from the start — my email has gone down and I’m not receiving any messages. Despite numerous attempts to get support, I’ve been met with long hold times, rude and condescending staff, and a complete refusal to log complaints or provide any meaningful updates. They’re refusing to fix the issue, and I’m no closer to a resolution despite repeated follow-ups. Avoid this company if you value reliability, accountability, or basic customer service.
Been with Fasthosts for years and their defining feature has always been their support. If they haven't got an answer immediately to hand, they'll make every effort to try and find one. Real people answering the phones, no bots, no road blocks - just honest help.
Spoke to two representatives regarding my contract. Both gave efficient, helpful and friendly service. I only have one name unfortunately, Almond Brexale Tello was very professional and fixed my issue very quickly. Great customer service.
