Disappointed with Fasthosts
I initially had a positive experience with Fasthosts – their customer service seemed responsive and helpful. However, things quickly changed when I tried to cancel some unused services. Despite not using them and requesting early termination, I was told that I’m locked in and have to pay for the remaining term (3 months), regardless. It feels like they bring out the terms and conditions only when it suits them. There was no flexibility, no consideration, just a flat “you have to pay.” Not what I expected from a company that initially seemed customer-focused. I’ll be moving my websites and domains to another provider as soon as possible. Disappointed and won’t be recommending them.
