I booked and pre-paid for window cleaning service. I was not there but my housekeeper was and she took photos. The guy did the worst job - it could not even be classed as cleaning, and some of the window panes were not done at all. I sent photos to the business. They said they would come and do over again. I waited for 4 hours and they never showed up, never called, emailed or text. When I got in touch they said the guy had a "family emergency". Dont know how that precluded them from calling me. I made another appointment, I waited again and they cancelled last minute. I asked them to give me my money back since I had wasted hours of my time, had the on-going annoyance of having to write emails back and forth with them because they dont take phone calls. All to say they refused to give me my money back. Shame I have to write this as I was looking forward to finding a company to do numerous odd jobs with , but people that dont stand by their work and who dont respect their clients - its completely unacceptable especially for over 100 pounds to wash a few windows on the outside, not even the inside.

To say our garden was severely overgrown would be an understatement. Yusein and Mario performed miracles cutting it down and leaving the area impeccably tidy. They were professional and meticulous in their work - cannot fault them and would definitely use them again. Thank you!

Really poor customer service, average clean quality. Had a situation at the end of the relationship where they were unable to correctly calculate the final amount to pay and tried several times to overcharge me. Took a long time to come to a conclusion on the final outstanding balance. They also kept trying to take money from my account in advance of cleaning services being completed despite confirming in writing I should only be charged after the service was complete. Have since been with Housekeep and have had a much more straightforward experience.

I'm very happy with Darina's cleaning. Very professional. She pays attention to detail and takes care of things that I didn't specify.

I hadn't met Syeda before. Clearly she's very experienced as she didn't need or want much briefing once she knew where the cleaning products were and which rooms needed doing. She amazed me by cleaning inside a kitchen cupboard - the doors have fallen off this cupboard and we're waiting for the handyman to come and fix them, meanwhile dust was gathering on the surfaces and pans inside it. I was very happy that she took the initiative to clean inside this cupboard.

Yancho was very professional. He came for an inspection of our loft and gave us good advice on how to fix our roof to avoid further visits from a young squirrel. Would definitely recommend.
