Really great as always

Do not trust them. we have only used them once and told them to close account in 2024 and 2 days ago they charge my wife account with £89 without her knowing. we didn't even knew they were holding my wife bank details which is against GDPR holding someone information without their consent. we got charged for services we not even used. we try calling the number provided and no one there to answer. we have complained to our bank to get the money back. Never use them they are fraud.

Booked a clean for new tenants booking reference Ref.#25062706IVOIV. The property did not need to be deep cleaned as it had already had a builders clean with fantastic service a month before. I booked a clean for 3 hours. i was very disappointed to be contacted by tenants and told the flat has not been cleaned properly. This has also been noted on the inventory. I have provided detailed photos showing the lack of cleaning. I have made many phonecalls chasing this up. Eventually someone in customer service said that the reason for the sink being so filthy is due to limescale. This is not true the sink is brand new and unsused (the whole property was completely refurbished) the sink was just dusty. This is also obvious from the photos provided. I still don’t have a resolution. I would like a refund for this service or a guarantee of a proper clean as a matter of urgency.

Luis was great. Professional, methodical and dedicated. I was pleased with the result and glad I didn’t have to deep clean the oven, hob and extractor myself. Great overall service. 5 stars. I would definitely recommend.

Did an amazing job of ripping out our rotted old fencing and replacing it with solid, new boards on a firm foundation. Also ripped out and removed our shed in about an hour. Incredibly fast, very professional, really friendly guys. I'm really grateful for the excellent job they did for us!

Georgi came to clean my carpet and rugs in my flat. They had taken lot of damage, due to a dog. They were smelly and stained . He did a great job - they look like new, and odour free. I was delighted. He was friendly, polite, professional and fast. 5* Georgi!
