Friendly service good cleaning

Fantastic garden maintenance team. Trimmed a hedge, tidied the garden and mowed the lawn in super-quick time.

I booked sofa removal services over the phone, gave all information about sofa, floor and address. Paid 180 and was supposed to have removal 8.00-11.30 At 11.45 I haven't received any Comms and no one came, so I had to call them twice to tell them that no one showed up. Eventually, someone called back and said they will come at 1, no apology. They came at 1.30, and I received 3 calls from the office for extra charges, the movers were in front of me but they didn't want to talk, only through the operator: 1. Potential charge for driver parking on double yellow, happy to pay for parking, but not him breaking the rules 2. That my sofa was on a third floor, which I told when I booked, and nothing was mentioned 20£ 3 THE LABOUR OF THE MOVERS!!! 60£ Apparently when I booked sofa removal with 2 movers, their labour was not part of the fee. So I had 2 men standing by the sofa waiting for me to authorise extra charges over the phone and refusing to communicate. Felt I like bullying, but I paid because I needed sofa out I rated then as 2 because I got rid of the sofa, but honestly this was one of the worst service experiences I had with services like that. Update: I got a call with apology from customer service and they returned me the extra charges

Kiril and Nik arrived in a timely manner, did a fantastic job trimming our box hedges and left everything clean & tidy. We appreciated the service and the results!

I’m always happy when Nikolai and team turn up to do my lawn which is long and steep.They always do a good job are pleasant polite and hard working and leave the lawn looking wonderful and tidy up afterwards. I have nothing but praise for these guys.
