Easy booking process for hedge trimming. Levgen and Artem advised by text on the day when they would arrive (within booked time) and they arrived then. Agreed what we’d like done and they did a good job and also cleared up after. Can highly recommend them

Absolutely awful cleaner provided. Did not know what she was doing and left a film of spray on everything around the house including all over computer screens and keyboard (luckily they are still working!). At one point was about to use cleaning spray in the toaster...luckily saw this in time and stopped her. Would not use again...clearly no vetting takes place! All of this despite the person on the phone when booking saying this was their "best cleaner"....god help those who get their average cleaners.

This was honestly one of the worst cleaning experiences I’ve had, and I’m deeply disappointed with Fantastic Services. To begin with, the cleaner arrived 30 minutes late and immediately spent the first 10 minutes just trying to connect to the Wi-Fi. That alone wasted valuable time, especially as I had a packed day full of meetings and was relying on her to get on with the job professionally and independently. The actual cleaning was shockingly poor. She moved extremely slowly and didn’t seem to have any real understanding of how to clean properly. She spent almost two hours in the bathroom, which still wasn’t done when she claimed she was finished. I strongly suspect she was on her phone for most of the time. Key surfaces weren’t even touched, and basic tasks like emptying the bin were ignored until we asked. When I confronted her about the incomplete work, she first said she was done, then immediately backtracked and said she wasn’t—clearly trying to cover for the lack of effort. It felt dishonest and unprofessional. What’s even more frustrating is that this isn’t the first time. I’ve had multiple poor experiences with cleaners from Fantastic Services. I even called their front office before this appointment, explained my past issues, and specifically asked them not to send someone unqualified again. But instead of taking it seriously, I was given a vague and unhelpful response about the cleaner’s “rating.” Clearly, whatever system they’re using to rate their cleaners is not reliable at all. It honestly feels like finding a decent cleaner through this company is rare. The only good cleaner I ever had is no longer available—probably because the staff turnover is ridiculous. There’s no consistency, no accountability, and certainly no justification for the premium price they charge. At this point, I genuinely cannot recommend Fantastic Services to anyone. The quality is unreliable, the support team is dismissive, and you end up paying a high price for poor service. A complete trust failure. You can only ever dream of getting less than 10 pounds of discount for an appalling service and for spending premium price and wasting literally 4 hours of your time

Perfect job Very satisfied

Zlatan and Zhivko did an excellent job! Although it was a small flat move, there were some tricky items—including a large exercise bike and a big TV—that needed to be carried up and down several flights of stairs. They handled everything with care and were impressively efficient with both packing and time. I highly recommend them!
