Have used EYG twice now. Once for a new door and a large bay window. Both times I have found them excellent. In the case of the bay window they came up with a complete redesign which they carried out to an extremely high standard. On both occasions they made previous poor work by somebody else right. I’m a shift worker and the gentleman they sent to re-render came and went without disturbing me. Very happy with their work; would highly recommend and will use again my self
From the salesman explaining the process to the installation of the conservatory roof, the build was seamless. On the day of the install Pete and Andy turned up promptly and were hardworking and polite and they tidied up and left the area clean. Straight after They had finished we experienced awful weather (wind, storm rain and snow one after the other) and the new install performed effortlessly.

Fitters were excellent, clean, informative & on time. However we were not told by the office that they were coming.
Very happy with our new door the first door had a deep cut in it which the person fitting it pointed out to us and arranged for a new replacement which was done in a week and looks great

A magnificent job, well done! The three gentlemen who fitted my windows were extremely professional and courteous. They arrived on time and worked, without a break, until the installation of my windows were complete. The man in charge made sure that if I had anything to say, he stopped everyone working while I was speaking and listened carefully to what I had to say. He explained every step that they were doing and if I wanted them to fit the windows in a certain order they complied with this request.
It was very poor weather but the lads still worked very hard to finish the job which they did well. Would recommend
This was the second batch of work from EYG. First batch of front windows and door no real issues 4 stars, so we went with the rear windows and 2 doors a year later, which quite frankly could have been done by a completely different company. manufacturing workmanship was shocking and you've had to come back to them 3 times so far. Not Good! Not really kept informed on when you were coming back either. I appreciate Covid has proven hard, but still! Fitters and latent defect guy very pleasant, which is more than can be said for the 2 salesmen we had on separate occasion, neither were very pleasant, both stuck in the 1970s and only really dealt with "The man of the house".
We ordered two external doors from EYG. Admittedly, pricy but truly worth every penny. Both of the doors were fitted within three to four hours. This was pretty good considering that they had to take out the existing ones first. We have had experience of this company in that some years back they had built a roof for our conservatory. It was a job well done and thus our loyalty to this company. We had so many dealings with Martin Littlefield, their sales executive, that he has become part of our family. He is a great face for the company.
Quality product, non existent customer service. Their priority is receiving payment. 20 weeks from order to completion. No communication in the intervening period. 2 hours from completion to chasing payment of invoice. This is not the company that built its reputation on excellent customer service.
I have only just been able to get to the house to see the windows. Now that I have, I am very impressed. The windows are of a really good quality and they are really well fitted and the whole job very well finished in terms of the areas next to the windows, inside and out. Thanks to EYG!
They claimed there had been a mix up between sending the measurements to the manufacturer and our windows being made. We called after hearing nothing for 6 months and they had no idea where our windows were. The installers were incredibly fast but left big gaps and messy sealant that I had to tidy afterwards. After installing the windows it felt like they forgot about us again, not sending us an invoice for 5 more months. At the end of the day the windows look great and I almost didn't leave a bad review because part of the issue was down to me not chasing them up but I got a second email reminding me to review them so here I am.
Bob and Chris did an excellent job replacing my bedroom bay windows. Exceptionally clean & tidy job. Lovely gentlemen very polite and left the house as though they hadn’t been there Wholeheartedly I would recommend EYG to any other customers
Just had all my windows installed by Mark and Damien. Couldn't have asked for better, they were friendly and efficient and left everything clean and tidy. Thank you very pleased
After ordering a new exterior door in mid October and asking 6 weeks later when this may be delivered and fitted, I received a call saying that it would be mid MARCH . This would mean FIVE MONTHS from ordering .( Your sales rep stating 7-8 weeks delivery ) After cancelling the order I received an e-mail stating that the work would be done earlier. This was two MONTHS prior to the stated March date. I decided to go ahead and the work done on Jan.18th. The product and work done were fine but the office/sales service terrible.

I realised that Covid could create problems and accepted the delay in getting a date for installation of a new, insulated roof for the conservatory that was installed by EYG some 15 years ago, and which has been wonderful. The work was scheduled to take place over a week, but problems within EYG meant that in the end it took 5 weeks. Communication from EYG in that time was not good. The finished product is great and the workmen were very competent, but two elements have left me disappointed. I realised the newly plastered ceiling would need painting, but had not bargained for painting the walls where dropped plaster has left marks. The ceiling fan (attached by a metal rod that can't easily be shortened) is much lower than the 6 inches I'd expected: I would not have had it re-instated if I'd known. The final disappointment was to be hassled to pay the bill a couple of days after work finished despite EYG literature saying payment is expected within one month of completion. I think they were going by the invoice date, which related to the original 5-day work schedule. They did agree to extend the 10-year warranty to actual completion date. I'm hoping this poor service is a Covid-related glitch.
Shaun and Danny have done a wonderful job on the new roof , they were very professional and friendly the same as the plasterer and electrician I Will definitely recommend EYG
