Knowledgeable and efficient service from start to finish. Although the weather was extreme, the workmen were professional, friendly and expertly installed the soffits, fascias and doors. We could not have asked for a better look and finish.

Rubbish do not use i had eleven windows fitted by EYG. I can honestly say the windows them self are nice and very good product. The fitting well very poor quality the windows were fitted flush to speckled rendering. They were left unsealed with expanding form not even trimmed back and never sealed under cills. I asked them back to put the job right in which they did send two gangs back to put my windows right.wWhich is 30mm back into the house and also sealed them in great but they left one window still to do. I have countless tried to get in contact with them to no avail i will be also putting the photos on my social media if you would like to look at them in the future if not resolved Mr carl Atkinson

Installed a bit later than originally planned but all done within three (bitterly cold) days. Including demolition of our old conservatory. Very pleased with the quality of the units. Our old , single glazed, conservatory was barely usable most of the year; too hot and bright in Summer, too cold and damp in Winter. The replacement is pleasantly warm on all but the coldest of days and would heat up quickly if required. The shaded roof does a great job of cutting down glare and it is comfortable to read there in very bright sunlight. There are a couple of snags to remedy but EYG quickly fixed up an engineer's visit.

The product is better than the windows that were removed, cuts out more noise and easier to clean. Fitting was done efficiently and the finish sealant was done tidily. Would use this company again.

Excellent service from Paul and Andy. They arrived as planned and worked really well and were very friendly and informative and were very efficient. They both were wearing face masks and were respectful of keeping their space which we were very happy about. The only down side was that one window cracked overnight and one the next morning but the guys rang up immediately to order new ones which they said should be ready to fit in a couple of days and they explained the reasons why it had happened so we understood and it is something they need to look into with the new frames they are making just teething problems but still is a bit worrying so hopefully other people won't have the same problem. Another window has cracked now so that makes 3 upto now and we are not happy about it and it's making us nervous about opening and closing them in case anything else happens...this is a real problem they need to sort out and soon.

New door took 7 months to deliver instead of 1 month as informed on order placement. COVID is not an acceptable excuse.

High quality extremely well fitted windows. Added to this a tricky bifold door installation made to look simple and looks fantastic. Issues with installation dates and delays were very professionally dealt with. Many thanks.

Just had new composite door fitted. Paul and Andy did a great job. Very efficient and everything left clean and tidy. The door looks fantastic. Very pleased how the work was carried out in this new normal, socially-distanced World. Well done guys.

Ordered two sets of French doors on 19th October 2020. I stressed I needed them fitting as soon as possible as our old ones have dropped and you can see daylight through them. I was told it could be up to a six week wait, which I accepted given the current situation as I had heard good things about the quality. 18 weeks later I am still waiting for my doors to be fitted. I have chased the office several times and got nowhere. Finally got a fitting date of the 11th Feb only to have it cancelled the day before due to my 'product not being ready' . I was assured someone would ring me back within a few days to re arrange a fitting appointment but yet again nobody has been in touch. Terrible communication, lack of commitment from the sales team to even get back in touch. Have asked about refunding my £350 deposit only to be told it's non refundable. Am now looking into ways of recovering my deposit. Steer clear of this company at all costs.

Very pleased with the installation which was carried out efficiently and professionally, a small patch of damage was picked up by the installer and was advised that a replacement would be required. The speed of supplying the replacement took us by surprise, again the installation was carried out efficiently and the new window is now perfect. Would thoroughly recommend EYG to supply any replacement windows.

Quality of work very good, some lack of detail but work took ages to complete and communication was not good.

Took too long to deliver doors and attempted to fob us off with excuses which did not appear valid.

Very professional! The guys did a great job! They were in and out in less than 5 hours (five medium size windows). Good social distancing policy by the way. Finally, the windows look great and the light is coming in our house as it use to do...2nd time we use them and we will do it again.

The gentleman who came to fit the window was polite and he completed the work extremely well. I would recommend this company to anyone.

We had replacement soffits, fascias and guttering on our upstairs dormer windows. The two workmen did a good job, tidying up as they went along. Kept us informed as to what was happening during the week.
